The hotel is simply perfect. The service is super kind. They are continuously trying to help with everything. Although they do not speak English, they try so hard to understand you using the translator, which is very appreciated. The suggestions they make to visit the park are super useful. Regarding the location, it is next to the park entrance, so it is really convenient if you want to go hiking in the early morning. It is also located next to several restaurants. The breakfast is offered in a place next to the main hotel. Although they do not have the common European/American stuff, everything is really good. In conclusion, we would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Very good Hostel. Staff is friendly and gives you some advise for the national Park. The rooms are clean and Big, the Air con is Working Fine, the bathroom was very Big and clean. The Room was for 4 people and its was Fine. In the Hostel Lobby you also get free water and the wifi is working perfectly Fine. Would recommend.

The room is spacious and relatively empty. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. Hygiene: quite clean, Environment: The room feels quite large after entering the room. In winter, the air conditioner has to be turned on for a long time before it can get warm.

Great location in the old town (which can also be a downside with a big suitcase on the pavement...) The host was so so nice, she offered me a bottle of water when I arrived and was extremely helpful, providing a map and some ideas where to go. The bed was comfortable, though a tad small for my 181cm-self. Could wash the clothes and the washroom is only shared with a second room only with women

The toilet was dirty kinda, although they clean it every day it seems to stay dirty I guess they don’t clean it properly. The bed was comfy enough, it was clean as well. A good place to stay very close to the metro station. Besides the toilet it’s 5/5 for me.

Bed was comfortable and great. Hostel was just next to the East entrance to the park, which is very convenient for reaching early to avoid tour groups. Owner is very helpful and friendly. He can help get tickets with a discount and provide instructions to the complicated park. Close to many food options as well, which give a small discount when you show your room card. Highly recommended if you're a smart traveller who wants to maximise your time in the park efficiently.

I booked a double room with a queen bed and it turned out to be a perfect room for my stay. Relaxed environment, room was spacious and clean and had everything needed. Above everything else, it felt cozy and home-like. Owner was very friendly and helpful and the location was super. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you for making my stay perfect!

The Hotel lobby is difference name from the English version but lucky I saw the review from other people and I managed to found the building. And after check in, the rexep girl brought me to the room at the other building (from the photo) I guess one building share with many hotels. After reaching to the room. My hotel room name is another name 😂 but its OK. Room is big, heater is warm, water is hot, plus is sufficient to use. Walking distance to Tianmenshan ticketing/ cable way station. Hotel is surrounded by the provision shops and restaurants.

The place is really well located. Near Tianmen Mountain entrance and near the bus station that leads you to the National Park in 40 Min or so. Nearby there's a lot of small shops and restaurants where to have a meal and a post office where to receive packages. The owner also has a delicious dinner every night. The cleanliness could improve.  Nevertheless, the owner is really helpful. He helped me when I missed the last bus at the National Park. Also you can book tickets for the main attractions cheaper than in the ticket office of each.  It has a laundry room where you can wash clothes for so little price. I highly recommend you to stay here for having a good rest, commodities and a comfy stay at Zhangjiajie.

房間乾淨整潔，交通方便，距離職院走路就幾分鐘路程，比較方便，樓下就有超市和早餐店，吃飯也比較方便，早餐店的粉面味道還可以。每次去職院出差，都會住這裏，而且價格實惠，老闆服務也比較熱情。像我們每次延時幾個小時，老闆都會打折，並且也會送一些小零食。下次再去職院，還是會優先選擇這裏。

I was introduced to Taike by a friend from Xiaohongshu. There are many B&Bs in Wuling, but Taike is very cozy. I booked, canceled, and finally chose to book this hotel, even if it meant booking an extra room. Facilities: They are all new and have no smell of decoration. Hygiene: It's really clean. For me, who is picky, I'm really satisfied if I do the right thing when I go out. Service: The boss is very warm and enthusiastic. If you have the chance to come to Wuling next time, I will try the flagship store. I hope you will continue to do so well.

酒店應該是屬於鳳凰古城的中上游一點，從酒店走路不到一分鐘就可以到江邊了， 位置很方便。5月3號下高速之後就很堵車趕緊給老闆打電話諮詢停車地方，根據老闆提供的路線到了之後由於客流量很大交通管制，車輛必須一直直行，老闆知道情況之後詢問我的車牌然後居然跑到我堵車的地方來找我，告訴我怎麼走，下車了老闆熱情的幫忙拿行李，還給我們推薦當地美食血粑鴨，當地遊玩地方，最後還忙前忙後幫我們買觀看錶演的門票🎫，真是個寶藏老闆，下次再來還要入住老闆家😁（對不起，全程自顧出去玩了，沒有拍房間照片）
