Hostels in Anhui, China

I traveled to Huangshan from Shanghai (originally from Beijing) to climb the mountain and I found myself on Trip.com looking for a hostel that is clean and affordable. My search landed at this Kunlun Hostel in the downtown area. I love how accommodating the front desk people are. They only spoke a little English but they helped me out in booking my bus from downtown to the scenic area. It was already 10 p.m. but still they accommodated my request. I booked a bed in a six-bed dormitory but it was full when I arrived so they went ahead and gave me a room with three beds and an ensuite bathroom. Later, my two roommates arrived and made a new friend with one of them. She doesn't speak English while I speak basic Chinese. Stil,l we communicated in Chinese and shared our views and opinions about life, travel, and womanhood. It was wonderful! I love the cleanliness of this hotel and the free water every day. Toiletries were provided in the room as well as towels. The common area is quite spacious and you can buy refreshments at affordable prices. I took a Didi car from Huangshan North to this hostel. I love how convenient it is to do that! On my last night, I stopped by the Ancient Street for Mandarin Fish and foot massage. It was blissful! I am glad I booked my two-night stay at Kunlun Huangshan Downtown.

Great place to stay clean beds and clean restrooms the place is pretty close ( 10 min walk to the south entrance ) there are a few hiking utilities like hiking poles,ponchos,snacks water etc that you can buy here at very nominal prices The hiking (difficulty between medium to hard ) itself can be done in a day for an average hiker both ways without a cable car, Hike up the west route Yuping direction and Hike down Yungu make sure you start by 7AM. I also did avail the shared ride back to HuangshanBei station for 35Yuan and the door pick up was helpful thanks for the stay.

It has air conditioning, a new store has opened, and the facilities are brand new. There are a lot of food downstairs, and there is also a 24-hour convenience store. Next to it is the Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center, and opposite is Luogang Park. It is very nice to go for a walk in the evening.

We were all very satisfied with the Jixi International Youth Hostel where we stayed this time. The room is clean and spacious, and the reception area is comfortable and elegant. Although there is no elevator, the staircase is spacious. The hostel is across the road from the high-speed rail station, and the passenger transport hub is right next to the high-speed rail station. It is very convenient to take the bus to attractions such as the Huihang Ancient Road. We booked three nights, which was non-cancellable, but due to the typhoon, we checked out a day early. The hostel and Ctrip worked together to help us get it done (including a refund) in a few minutes. I will stay in this hostel again when I go to Jixi in the future.

Architecture old house building with splendid atmosphere hostel in a heritage town. The boss is quite approachable. He put my washing out under the sunlight while I was in the downtown~how sweet. They cater lunch and dinner with a cost. I enjoyed the diversity meal time with the share mates and hostel staffs when we shared conversations.

The best hostel you could ever find. The owner speaks English and plays the guitar. He created an artistic atmosphere all his own, making this place unique. I spent an unforgettable evening drinking, chatting, and listening to music with Chinese people from different provinces. Despite the language barrier, this evening will remain etched in my heart. Thank you for the memories!

The boss's attitude is average. This is a room that was renovated in a community. The environment is average, not breathable and smells bad. If you have a mysophobia, you should be cautious. However, you can also have hot water for bathing and other things. The main thing is that it is cheap. I forgot to take pictures. , but it’s not the clean and bright feeling online at all. It’s been criticized by all kinds of people.

The room is very clean and hygienic. Note that I used the word ”special”. The second floor is a place for young people to gather and communicate. It is very warm and suitable for young people's preferences. The hostel is near the starting point of Shantou Ancient Village. It is very convenient to play. There are also many restaurants nearby, and there are many choices. The facilities are complete and intact, the temperature was drastically cooled yesterday, the air conditioner was very powerful, and I slept very comfortably at night.

It's very close to Chizhou Station and easy to find. It was my first time staying in a youth hostel and I was really surprised. The room is very clean, there are books to read in the public area, and a pool table to play. There is a small light on the bed, and most importantly, it is very considerate to have two more USB ports on the socket, which is very convenient for people with two mobile phones. I found a treasure by opening the blind box, which is awesome! ! !

The front desk sister is very warm and the room facilities are quite complete. The only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, it will be noisy outside in the morning.
