I-80 is just 2 minutes south of the house.The space:This home is over 3200 finished square foot and is very spacious, allowing guests to spread out. This comfortable house features a modern kitchen with stainless steel (new)appliances, a bathroom on each level (2 just updated), and a large living room. Bedrooms are graciously sized. There is a Roku TV in both living spaces and 4 of the 6 bedrooms. The home welcomes families or groups.It also has a finished basement with a game room and rec room. Arcade games include NFL blitz and Ms PacMan, Asteroids, Tetris and many more game options. The basement rec room also has electronic darts, a foosball table and a large variety of games and puzzles. Snuggle in on the comfortable leather sectional for movie night! We provide 2 blow up mattresses to use in the basement family room. There is also a large backyard with a patio, gas grill, and a fenced-in yard for pets and kids. Outdoor games are provided like Corn Hole, Croquet, and Ladder Toss. The shaded front patio offers soft lighting, a gas fire pit and seating for up to 10 people.Guest access:Guests will have the entire house to themselves and access to the garage as well.
