Small room with washing machine and pantry. The worst thing is the air conditioner has a weird sound, the frontman said it is because there is a strong wind hit the condensing unit outside. This made us hard to sleep. Though the location is closed to the sea, I will not stay this place again for sure.

Although it is not very big, it has a lot of things and is very complete.
Check-in and check-out are all self-service, very private, with an elevator.
It is convenient to push luggage and go upstairs. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room.
TV, air conditioning, bathtub, toothbrush, towel, cotton swab, razor are all available.
There is a small sofa, it is really well equipped, and the corridor outside the room is also very wide,
There is a stone statue in front of the door that is easy to see.
There is Kokusai-dori downstairs, as well as an ice cream shop, so it's very close to shopping.
The bus stop and monorail station are just downstairs, very convenient.
The location of the hotel is really very good, close to the sea, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, the sound insulation effect in the room is also good, sleeping in the room, basically can not hear the sound from the corridor, let people rest Very good, and there are many restaurants around the hotel, you can easily experience Japanese cuisine, feel their culture, and there is a swimming pool not far from the hotel, you can go swimming at any time, very convenient, the hotel room is also Very clean and tidy.
Give up if you don't speak Japanese, give up if you don't drive,
Give up if you have requirements for the bedding in the accommodation.
I went very early and was arranged on the 2nd floor. There was no view. I asked to change and was told that it was full.
There are washing machines and dryers, and you can cook. It seems that this is the place chosen by American military families when they travel.
The surrounding area is remote and there is nothing. Convenience stores and restaurants are far away. You can look at the map. There is an area with Gongcha, which is relatively prosperous and has food and drinks. It is not recommended. The view from the roof is OK.
After 18:00, there was no staff to receive me. I used the taxi app. The drivers around me were all grandfathers who didn't know how to use the APP. I told the front desk at 17:59 that I wanted to go out for a meal now. The taxi for tomorrow morning was also booked. Otherwise, I might be very miserable. I would be hungry all night and couldn't leave tomorrow morning.
The Laulea Yaka is one of the newest hotels in Kin, having opened in 2024. Shuri and Naha Airport are located 37km and 51km away respectively. This hotel is located near many of Kin's attractions including Yakanishijido Park, Akama Sports Complex and Yojima. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Simple and clean B&B, the owner is humorous, speaks fluent English and is talkative. There are many visitors from Japan, and many return visitors as well. The key point is that the boss is kind to guests, can create an atmosphere for communication, and the guests are also friendly and happy to communicate. In the room, there is a notebook filled with memories of guests who have stayed here since 2014, which is filled with thanks from the guests and nearby dining guides. There is a free breakfast and a paid Ryukyu home cooking dinner (very well reviewed). By the way, they also have a cute cat 🐱 named Coral🪸. Private recommendation.
I really enjoyed my stay (8 nights) at Condominium Yuyuki. The checkin process was easy and the staff is very nice. I have everything I could possibly need in the room and I’m close to a grocery store. I needed to work during my stay so I really appreciated the quietness of the place and the reliable internet. You’ll need a car to get around for sight seeing in general in Okinawa and there is an authentic Mexican restaurant Sabroso nearby and the food there is very tasty!

The location is the best.
Family Mart and 7-Eleven were lined up in 1 minute walk, Max Value was 5 minutes, and International Street was 5 minutes and very comfortable.
It was convenient for my stay to have a washing machine, a large refrigerator and a range.
The room is also large and easy to use.
Negative point
I thought it was convenient to have a mirror with a light.
The battery in the mirror that the light arrived was out and I couldn't use it.
Also, the elevator hall is dark and I want you to turn on the lights at night.
The place to fix the shower is not suitable.
And it's great if the laundry dryer is on the balcony.
Overall very good and I want to use it again.

GGuest UserReview of Onna Resort, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak
SsandyhowWe booked a 2-night stay at WoodPecker Nakijin to experience camper van living. Due to some delays at the airport, we arrived late and had to contact the hotel since they don’t offer 24-hour check-in. We didn’t get a reply, so our rental car staff kindly helped us call the hotel — although they didn’t speak English, they were helpful and guided us through self check-in via our rental car staff.
The environment was well maintained, but the facilities inside the camper van were quite dated. We had to skip showering the first night as there was no hot water, though the issue was promptly fixed the next morning. The steps inside the camper van were quite high, and I tripped a few times during our stay.
It rained heavily on our second night, and unfortunately, the noise from the rain hitting the roof made it difficult to sleep.
On the plus side, the location was easy to find — there’s a large signboard right by the road, so you can’t miss it. The site offers free parking (you can park right next to your camper van), as well as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and BBQ pit. There’s also a beautiful, private beach right behind the hotel with a great view.
The hotel is close to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin Castle Ruins, and Bise Village. However, there isn’t a convenience store within walking distance — you’ll need to drive about 5 minutes to reach one.
SSUWAKOIt was cheap, so it was reasonable, but I booked it because it was a place where I could sleep safely and take a shower. I checked in 30 minutes late, but the receptionist left a message for me, so I was able to check in smoothly. It felt like a handmade capsule hotel, but it seemed safe. However, I thought it would be a nuisance to go out drinking and leave in the middle of the night, so I ended up not leaving...
ZZixinI have stayed in two of his apartments. I originally wanted to book the one by the sea, but I don't know why I couldn't book it with my children. In the end, I had to choose this one. I was amazed when I opened the door. The space was bigger than the previous one and it was very clean. I went to Okinawa five or six times, and I stayed at MRKINJO every time. It was clean. There was a microwave in the room. Every night we bought various cooked food bento boxes at the supermarket, and we heated them up for breakfast the next day. It was OK. It was a 3-5 minute walk to the surrounding supermarkets. There were all kinds of places to eat, including barbecue, udon noodles, pasta pizza, sushi, and beef rice, which were a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest beach is (Araha) Park, which is a 20-minute walk. There is a pirate ship slide for children to play. It is very interesting to pick up more than a dozen hermit crabs by the beach. Because my 13-year-old brother likes fishing, we spend a lot of time fishing at various beaches. Except for going to (zoo) (aquarium) (AEON), which requires bus or taxi, we go to the beach on foot😊3-4 beaches are almost within 30 minutes' walk. I recommend a photo of the sunset at the beach. There is no apartment.
GGuest UserIt's a 10-minute walk from the remote island terminal, but I felt it was too far to walk there with a suitcase, so I took a taxi for 600 yen. I was told that a check-in guide would be sent by email, but there was no such thing. I went directly and was able to check in.
The breakfast venue was a sister hotel, a 10-minute walk away.
You could rent a bicycle for 100 yen per hour.
The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and it was quiet so I slept well! There was body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower room, which was helpful. It's hard to move around if you have a lot of luggage, but the facility was comfortable and I was glad I could stay there cheaply.
GGuest UserSmall room with washing machine and pantry. GGuest UserI booked a private room. The room was small, but there was no smell and the bedding was clean. I only had to go back to sleep, so it was fine!
I'm grateful it was cheap!
The entrance was hard to find, so I got lost.
If you're going, it's a good idea to do some research beforehand.
There are stairs, so be careful if you have a big, heavy suitcase.
The building and facilities are old, so the toilet had a strong smell, but that's to be expected. I didn't use the shower, so I don't know.
I'd like to use it again!
EElanIn order to avoid taking a long drive to the Churaumi Aquarium early in the morning, I stayed here the night before. Each room is independent and has a small kitchen, washing machine, separate bathroom and toilet. It is suitable for short-term stays and you can cook. It is about five minutes away from the aquarium. If you are hungry, you can go to the Mahaina Hotel area, where there are a lot of food and Okinawa rice balls 😆. You can eat them before going to the aquarium.
AAlissa NgWe really loved the location and vibe of Furaiso. Hosts were very friendly and attentive and passionate about their guest house.
The breakfast was great with really delicious bakes with huge portions. Hosts even provided take away bags as we could not finish them.
As there was a cold snap with strong winds during our stay, our host also provided us with heat packs and a nice free gift of Okinawa brown sugar peanuts.
The only small issue is, it would be great if toilets can be in-built into the rooms instead. However, it could be due to it being a family room type as I couldn't get reservation for other rooms which may come with in room toilets.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would consider again once I visit Okinawa again :)
GGuest UserThere are two beds in the main room, and two beds in the bedroom. The main room also has a kitchen, sofa, and one-seater sofa, so it was quite spacious, but it was a waste for a solo traveler.
Next to the trailer house (lodging), there is a bathtub for outdoor enjoyment, a table and chairs that can seat 4-5 people, and a one-seater swing.
There is also a deck on the roof, and the rooms that are not on the ocean side have a view of the ocean from here, which is very comfortable.
It was a chilly day in March, so I think it was the perfect time to stay.
It is about a 2-minute walk from the bus stop ”Hyakuna Danchi-mae”. There are no shops nearby, so I recommend buying food somewhere.
The only thing that was a waste was that it smelled a bit moldy (especially in the bedroom), which may be because I am sensitive to smells (especially in the bedroom). It took a long time to fill the bathtub with hot water, the coffee maker was broken or didn't work (I think it was Starbucks coffee), and while there was no one at the front desk, I hadn't received an email with instructions on how to get to the room, and there was no loungewear (←my own mistake in checking).
It's the kind of place that's best to stay with someone, and take your time to enjoy it during the day.
Even if you're alone, it's a quiet place, so if you have the time, I think you could have had a great time.
