The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya.

Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

I was a little worried about how to deal with Chinese people, but they were very kind. I was able to communicate with them using a translation app, so I didn't have to worry. It was great that there was a TV in the room.

Station Ai is located one stop from JR Kanayama Station, accessible via Chubu Centrair International Airport. It's about a 5-minute walk from Tsurumai Subway Station and JR Station, providing convenient access to Nagoya Station, Sakae Station, and Nagoya Castle. Tsurumai Park is right outside the station, perfect for a stroll. The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom, making it unsuitable for a soak after a long day of sightseeing; also, the TV only supported online streaming and did not receive local channels. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.

The room is not as bad as reading reviews, clean, but the walls are thin, so you can make the sound of the next room. Near the train station In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, massage chair. The bowl is a kind of without heating. It will be very cold in winter. Must check in / check out by yourself

The hotel is located in Minamichita Town, not a self-drive tour will not come to this side, the hotel faces the sea, Japanese-style rooms are large, morning and evening are cooking set meals very good, but the hot spring is a bit old and needs to be improved.

An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.

I was concerned about the price, so I have no complaints. The owners are a gentle couple. ・Facilities Toilet, bath, washbasin → Shared There are 2 Western-style toilets, 3 for men Baths are open until 23:00 for 3 people each (2 people for the wash area) and from 6:30 in the morning Wi-Fi → Maybe it's a problem? Can't connect Microwave → In the lobby on the 1st floor Refrigerator → I think there was a small one in the lobby on the 1st floor? Hot water → Ask the owner for help Room → You can hear the noise from the next room Amenities → 1 towel, 1 small and 1 large, toothbrush (we recommend bringing your own toothpaste), rinse-in shampoo, body soap ・Other Curfew → 24:00 at night There is a public bath in front of the hotel, but as of November it was closed due to a malfunction of the facilities.

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience
