Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

The room was large, with a bed and two sofa beds, which was enough for 4 people. It was very convenient to watch the game from the terrace. The only drawback was that the cold water flow in the bathroom was very small, which was inconvenient to use.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

In the city, the accommodation equipment and supporting facilities can still be provided for passengers, especially toiletries and cosmetics, which is worth admiring. The accommodation is equipped with a separate parking location, which is very convenient for loading and unloading luggage. Transportation isn't too inconvenient; it's about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are various convenience stores, karaoke bars, tequila shops, and pork cutlet restaurants nearby, and it's not far from various shopping areas. Self-check-in is very convenient, and the environment is bright and smells nice! The room is fully equipped, with a balcony, washing machine, microwave, and you can also cook. There's enough space for two people to move around even after unpacking their suitcases! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in Minamichita Town, not a self-drive tour will not come to this side, the hotel faces the sea, Japanese-style rooms are large, morning and evening are cooking set meals very good, but the hot spring is a bit old and needs to be improved.

It looks like a condominium at first glance. (Actually, the 5th floor or more was a condominium, and there seemed to be a resident.) The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and there are many chairs on the 1st and 2nd floors, so there is plenty of room. I stayed in the room alone, so I could use it comfortably. Also. Breakfast was satisfying with a lot of items! The only thing that made me worried was the entrance to the large communal bath. It was quite open and I was harassed that I could see the inside.

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience

Anyway, the inside was beautiful! !! !! However, I am sad that I can't take a bathtub ... But the bed was also fuzzy, and I was so happy with the air conditioner and the plasma cluster!
