I booked this hotel for a one night stay in a June through **********. My husband and I were flying into Alghero in the evening and leaving the next morning for other sites in Sardinia. Our flight was delayed and I emailed the hotel from the airport telling them we would be arriving rather late, around 10:30. When we arrived, there was no one there. We rang the bell and no one answered we called the number posted on the door for assistance for over 40 minutes and nobody answered the phone. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay - luckily we did. I phoned ********** who spoke with the hotel - they would not refund our pre-paid money for our stay. This was terrible service in my mind both from the hotel, and from **********. I have the record in my phone of the phone calls, and photos showing I was at the hotel. Still they saw fit to charge me for a room I did not use, even when I gave them as much advance notice as I could about the late arrival. I travel a lot for work and personally and have honestly never had such a terrible experience. I will not be using ********** anymore and certainly can’t recommend this establishment.

L'alloggio sito in Via Maddalena 14 è molto curato, pulito e silenzioso ed è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale dei treni e al porto e diverse linee di autobus hanno le fermate a due passi dall'appartamento. Il centro città è a 5 minuti a piedi ed infatti ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare i diversi centri di interesse turistico, abbiamo utilizzato l'autobus soltanto per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto e visitare il Parco Regionale. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente, hanno risposto sempre con celerità ad ogni richiesta. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato facilitato tramite l'utilizzo di codici, preventivamente comunicati, al portone d'ingresso del palazzo e a quello del pianerottolo, mentre per entrare nella camera ci hanno fatto trovare sul bancone all'ingresso la key card. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, di ottima linea wifi, di un televisore piatto di buone dimensioni, ed ha a disposizione un bollitore con filtri del te e varie tisane oltre a buonissimi biscotti. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Parcheggio pagamento vicino Gratis 2 passi..... Camere dotate di Aria condizionata, frigo, tv, set bagno morbido e profumato, lenzuola profumate, Delle strutture vicino e la migliore....

Excellent structure in the center, inside a historic building. Very clean, welcoming room, with a very comfortable bed, with all the comforts and a large bathroom with a much appreciated hydromassage tub. The breakfast served by the beautiful and talented Beatrice is delicious and well presented, with excellent quality and quantity, 5 stars. Congratulations to Daniele and Barbara for their exceptional professionalism and the exquisite hospitality with which they pamper their customers. Definitely coming back and recommending, well done, keep up the good work!!!!!!

Apartamento compartido pero con muy buena distribución. Cerca de todos los servicios. Restaurante Pizzeria y supermercado justo a la entrada del edificio, parking de pago seguro a 600 m. (Parking Saba pagué de las 8 de la noche a las 5 de la.madrugada 1€ por mi moto) Desayuno normal empaquetado, con fríos en la nevera. Cama cómoda, balcón en la habitación. Uy limpio y ordenado. Kit de baño super bien presentado, pantuflas, i ternet de buena velocidad...todo muy bien. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Recomiendo 200%. Gracias.

This small guesthouse has 3 rooms. We had the smallest but for us this was spacious enough. Room is entirely white with antique bed. Beautiful, not too large, bathroom. Accommodation including coffee tea water and juices. Location is perfect because it is near the port and many restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Under the living room/kitchen you can use. Delightful toilet articles from Aqua di Parma. Every morning Fabrizio was present for any questions. We'll be booking it again.

The location is great for exploring Sardinia. The train station is very close as is the port. The trains are electric so there is no noise. A trolley/train tour is only a few blocks away as is the seaport. The community kitchen is a bonus and the terrace off it is perfect for a coffee and pastry in the morning sunshine--or an afternoon cocktail. The hotel room was spacious. Designed for business travellers with worktable and lighting, it worked well for us. Lovely bathroom. Hot water and good water pressure. Using the antiquated elevator was fun. We were given check-in instructions on WhatsApp and they worked as suggested except that we did not know which door was to our hallway when the elevator stopped. It is to the left but easily concluded when the key didn't work on the other door. There is a button to push when trying to leave the accommodations hallway and the front exit. We figured it out. There was no way to heat food in the community kitchen during our visit, but it appears the hotel is working on correcting that. We had our own shelf in the refrigerator and there were no issues with that. The beds were great; lighting was good; clean and comfortable. We liked the layout and concept of the hotel. Our only complaint was that there was no safe is in the room. We borrowed an extra chair from the kitchen as there was only one chair in the room and we both wanted to sit by our window. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Central Caffe on a nearby corner. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee and pastry places, and wine bars on nearby streets or farther down on Via Roma. We ate at the Caffe Roma and the Cafe Bistrot. Most have outside tables. With a day left before departing, we hopped a morning train and took a chance to relax and view the countryside and eat lunch in another town. Spaceability City has other properties and we are interested in trying those as well. We would definitely return.

Luisa managed our stay with kindness and competence. She provided us with useful advice for our stay...We checked in and checked out independently with the codes provided by Luisa, it was very practical. The room was clean with modern furnishings but the size was a little small. We had requested a balcony...but to define it as such requires some imagination...it was a tiny balcony where two could barely fit with an unpleasant view...Bathroom ok. We liked Cagliari a lot, really clean and quiet with people who were polite and respectful of others. We walked around the city at any time without ever being disturbed or bothered by anyone. I recommend going to see the flamingos and the beaches of Calafighiera, Calamosca, and the Poetto beach, easily reachable by bus from Cagliari. Eating good fresh fish in peace in front of a beautiful sea relaxed us a lot. We had a great time......

La nostra famiglia (genitori e 2 bimbi) abbiamo soggiornato in una comoda stanza quadrupla in una zona semi centrale. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della pulizia, degli arredi e della professionalità della proprietaria. Non assegniamo la votazione massima unicamente perchè le camere non hanno bagni privati ma gli ospiti hanno a disposizione due bagni comuni, comunque sempre in ordine, puliti e ben strutturati. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la ”colazione” consisteva in un ”kit” lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata + una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. La doccia aveva più o meno le dimensioni di una bara! E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.

The hotel is located in a strategic location to reach all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Breakfast is very rich, with cakes and cookies and sweets made in the home. We stayed for ten days and I have to say we really found ourselves well! Our room was very spacious and offered a small covered patio. Super recommended 👍🏻
