Good location, lots of cafes nearby, beautiful well-kept area, nice pool, smiling administration. What I didn't like: Be prepared for the fact that the toilet is open to the street and insects fly in there, although it seems to be the norm in Bali. A huge scary bug flew in to me at night. What else? Be prepared for the fact that cleaning will be once every 3 days, and they woke me up at 9 am, although I work in the Moscow time zone and go to bed quite late. They knocked on my door very actively and woke me up. I said let's come later, they replied that they would not come later, only now. I had to get up, after that I was constantly with a ”do not disturb” sign There is also not a window, but a sliding door, I was visible throughout the entire hotel, I have to constantly close the curtains. Perhaps this is a problem with the first floor Overall, I rate the stay 4 out of 5, precisely because of these inconveniences and unclear cleaning. If you came to relax, then bad internet will not bother you, but I worked and experienced a lot of inconveniences with the internet.

The location is great, you can walk from the airport to here. It’s in the city center, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. The pool and the environment are nice. Only The locker not clean for put our bag. Luggage rack is big for who want out backpack. The host is friendly and has a pleasant team. The kitchen facilities are good for those who want to cook. Coffee, hot water, etc., are available. I recommend it and will definitely go again.

Had previously stayed at Deluxe Executive room which was great. This stay is at the Deluxe room - double bed. Sadly it was 2 twin mattresses joined together with an uncomfortable indent in the middle of the bed where the two mattress meet. Furthermore, both twin mattress are of different ‘age’ I guess. One of them well used - extremely soft and sinks right in. The other is firmer. Hotel was recently reopened in Nov 24 (closed since covid?). Location was great for me. On the quiet end of Seminyak (no crazy traffics) It’s 10mins walk to Petitenget beach and 25mins to Seminyak Village. A fantastic Warung just outside the hotel, 2 cafes and a nail salon. Away from the crowd. Hotel staffs were all friendly and nice. Nice big pool too.

I booked the hotel by mistake without looking at the reviews, it's too far from the ocean, it's better to rent a hotel on the beach in Sanur. It's not very clean, yes the linen and towels were washed but with stains, a small gecko lived in the toilet, the table was covered in ants, the shower was dirty. The room was cleaned (they made the bed and changed the water), towels and bed linen were not changed. Of the bathroom accessories, only gel-shampoo (cheap), but for such a price you shouldn't expect more.

Excellent cozy hotel. The staff quickly resolved all issues. Excellent bathroom with tropical shower. Delicious breakfasts. Warm and large pool with a view directly to the sea, because the hotel is located right on the 1st coastline. The hotel closes at 9 pm, and it becomes very quiet and calm. Of the minuses, there was only a dirty bed upon check-in, but they quickly changed our room. Overall, a very good hotel. Quiet and calm.

I didn't take any photos, but I still recommend it. The service attitude is very good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it wins in terms of thoughtful service and price. The price including breakfast is much higher than that in China, and there is also a very good massage service for 15 minutes. It feels like home.

The rooms need cleaning, the restaurant needs cleaning, the bed linen has stains. The staff is wonderful, friendly and ready to help. The territory is large, green, the pool is large. Breakfasts are not very good, the quality of food for lunch and dinner on the menu is also average. There are many caterpillars crawling around the territory, if you are afraid of them - you definitely should not come here. In general, I liked the hotel only because of the good staff.

This mini-resort really is a hidden gem. The location is wonderful, as well as strategic between Lovina and Singaraja. It is in the middle of beautiful rice fields. The rooms really is a mini/villa with a living area and smarttv as well. Food is amazing, with many healthy options and very affordable. I recommend the Manja Resort to anyone who wants to experience the real Bali! Oh ya, they mix great cocktails!

That’s a nice place for those who’d like to stay close to Jimbaran. You’d still like ordering a bike taxi from here to the beach, because the hotel is located on a hill and the road is always busy, very uncomfortable for walking, but it would take you only 2 minutes by bike to the beach, never had a problem ordering a bike (cars sometimes don’t take it). Breakfasts are worthy. You can also order food for lunch or dinner, the restaurant is pretty good and works until 22:00. The menu was fine for me to eat there during the 3 week stay but my more sophisticated friends said that there was lack of variety😄 Staff is really friendly. There was no shower gel at first, but I got it for the second week of stay. No soap, had to buy it. All the other amenities were there. Rooms are big and clean. On the other hand, the room cleaning service could mop the floor sometimes. I saw some long hair which weren’t mine and they were collecting on the floor. The pool is good and you can get towels at the reception. The internet was good for work during my stay, only one day there was a problem with WiFi in rooms and I had to work from lobby.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the city. It is a great choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable option.

AAnonymous UserStaying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.

AAllgoOhana has some good things about it, and could be a good retreat with some investment. I booked a Deluxe room for one night and checked out the Apartment because I wanted to stay there long-term (thanks to the gym proximity), but the A/Cs were very weak, so I couldn't extend my stay into the Apartment, and the Deluxe room was too small and uncomfortable for laptop work. Pros: - Away from the street and pretty quiet for now (though there's a construction site right next to it, see rooftop photo) - Nice bamboo-lined entrance after you open the gate with the security code - More comfortable beds than in 8/9 other places I've stayed in Bali so far. Not Tempurpedic or anything that fancy, but softer (perhaps a memory foam topped over a coil mattress). - Only 5 minutes walk to the best gym in the area (”WRONG” gym) - The room was clean, the towels smelled very nice, but the glasses looked dirty - Pretty good light blocking curtains - Insect mesh on the windows! This is such a common-sense feature, but it was the first time I saw in Bali, after staying at 5 hotels/resorts, 1 villa, and 3 rooms at PARQ Ubud - Nice (for the area) rooftop views, with beautiful sunsets - Helpful staff assisted with carrying luggage - There's a small communal kitchen with a microwave and utensils you can use - Nice (but unpopulated) rooftop bar area Cons: - The street entrance is a construction war zone, with garbage and everything (see photos) - Not just the A/C in my room, but both split A/C units in the Apartment, were VERY weak (so 3 units in total). The A/C in my small room only managed to drop the temperature by 2.5C (4.5F) during the 2 hours of running at maximum (loudest) fan speed (28.6 -> 26.2 / 83.5F -> 79F, see digital thermometer/CO2 sensor photos). Staff told me they could call engineering to take a look, but the facilities/appliances were old (the subtext being, don't have much hope). - The chair was more of a torture device than a chair. Who in their right mind would buy anything like that except perhaps for a ”DO NOT DESIGN FURNITURE LIKE THIS” exhibit? - Only one power outlet for the desk/chair area, occupied with the WiFi router, so I had to plug my laptop into the bathroom power outlet - No water provided. Staff told me to go to a minimart. The closest one walking north was Circle K, and the walk is the typical stressful walk in Canggu, with scooters and cars parked on the sidewalk, construction all over the place, and the frequent lack of pavement - The place was advertised as a coliving on Colivings, but there were maybe a total of 2 other guests there, and no sense of community whatsoever. - The floating beds looked dirty (see photos) - Due to the height of the pool, it's only exposed to sunshine until about 2pm - The Apartment has an odd choice of 4 chairs around a table instead of a couch, and no microwave or toaster or blender in the kitchen. Good light blocking curtains in the bedroom though, and its view is relatively private when the curtains are pulled open.

GGuest UserThe standard room has an AC according to trip.com, but in fact it only has a fan. But I wont blame the hotel, because I have the strong feeling trip used a.g.o.d.a as a third party and put the wrong information. The view from our room was very nice, and we had the banana pancake for breakfast that was excellent. It is a good accomodation for the price and I would recommend it. But next time I would choose a room with AC

GGuest UserThere were no towels in my room, so had to go & ask for them. At the pool I had to go into a lock up to look for a sunbed cushion, staff should be more proactive in offering cushions. I asked at the pool for a pool towel, they were surprised I didn't have any in my room, they got on the walkie talkie & asked for some for me, 6 hours later the pool towels hadn't arrived, so I went to reception myself to ask for them. My room was cleaned & no clean towels were left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt & left it a few hours, hoping they'd bring towels, but no, I had to once again go to reception for towels. A nice touch would be staff coming to your sunbed to ask if you want food or drink. The restaurant could do with a roll down wall, a barrier from the elements for times when the wind & rain are prevalent. It's not fun being blown about & getting wet when you're trying to negotiate your food. The rooms are lovely, I had an outside bathroom, which was very special. One issue is the ceiling, there's always bits of dirt or bugs falling onto the bed from the ceiling. The fan in my room didn't work, there was also a light out, but I just left it, I didn't want to keep complaining. Most of the food was delicious & presented very well. I tried vegetable soup, which was basically lots of uncooked veg in a vegetable bouillon, not my idea of soup, I didn't take too well to the spaghetti bolognese either, i didnt like the taste of it. I'm not sure what they wash the fruit & salad in, but it didn't taste very nice & tasted of chemicals, suffice to say I couldn't eat it. The staff are friendly & ready to help. I didn't realise the hotel had a driver to do trips, they should be informing people of this, I booked a driver from outside & would of preferred to pay the hotel driver. The surroundings/gardens are beautiful & so is the pool area. Beach sellers are a pain, you could be led on sunbed or eating a meal & they still harass you, one even sneaked up the stairs from the beach, staying just out of the view of hotel staff.

CCarrie_solojourneyThis hotel is too wonderful; from the facilities to the service, everything left a deep impression on me. I visited during Indonesia's rainy season, so if lucky, you could see both sunrise and sunset, but if not, it was all rainy days. During my stay, I experienced various weather conditions, from heavy rain to sunny days. The pool was stunning, offering a view of the nearby peaks on clear days. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The massages at the hotel were even better than the ones I tried in Thailand, and the scenery in the massage area was particularly beautiful. The floating breakfast not only looked good but also tasted delicious. I scheduled breakfast for 6:30 AM but unfortunately missed the sunrise due to overcast weather. The hotel provided a 15-minute foot massage and a free terraced rice field tour the next day. Near the hotel, there's Gembleng Waterfall, with a beautiful but slippery terrain during the climb. It would be better if there was hot water in the sink in the room. There were few outlets in the room, and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. No bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. The kettle's cord was short, and the kettle was faulty. Always remember to close the door to prevent insects from entering. The hotel offered a reasonably priced taxi reservation service; for trips to the city center, it's advisable to book at least 2 hours in advance. If heading to the town center, hotel staff can arrange a motorcycle ride. The hotel's pricing is friendly, and the staff's service is excellent. Thanks to them, my time in Bali was exceptionally wonderful. PS: If the hotel's cocktails and restaurant food could be improved, it would be even more perfect.

OOlgaWe booked for just one day to spend the night after arrival. Arrival was at 1 am, we got to the hotel only by 3:00 am, we were worried that there would be no one at the reception at that time, but the administrator greeted us with a smile, was very kind, walked us to the villa, helped us carry our suitcases. The villa is very spacious, quite modest, but for the ridiculous price that we paid, it is a sin to complain. We were not able to see the whole territory, since we had already left in the morning, but I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and responsiveness! Despite our terrible English, they tried their best to help, advise, answer all questions.

KKonstantin КонстантинIt’s normal if you don’t stay long, and you can live in conditions where the walls and ceilings are covered with damp spots, the laundry is gray and doesn’t dry well, there are geckos in the late evening, there was a big beetle for a couple of days. The room is spacious with a terrace, the pool is clean, walk down a small alley and you are close to the beach, cafe and fish market.
