The owner upgraded me to a nicer room because it a slow travel season. The room was very modern and comfortable. I think this room would be perfect during warmer months in spring and summer. It’s very close to the famous Jinji Peak Cluster. The owner was gracious to let me use an electric bicycle to explore the beautiful area. The food options and a variety of restaurants were limited in Jinjicun, but I enjoyed good noodles. Jiulong Waterfalls is about 40 minutes by car to the park’s west gate.

The hotel is located within the scenic area and includes entrance fees, shuttle service, and breakfast. The breakfast noodles and pasta were both delicious, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The bedding was comfortable, and the disposable items were of high quality. The only downsides were the strong room odor and weak shower pressure. Overall, I was satisfied.

Hygienic: clean and tidy.
Environment: The front door is a small driveway with its own parking lot. There are green plants in the courtyard. At night, the lights of the whole building flickered, and you can see it in the distance. Go out and walk left into the sea of oil and Laihua; go right and enter the town, it is very convenient to buy more daily necessities.

It is a 10-minute walk from the entrance of Jiulong Waterfall. Parking is very convenient, with the largest parking lot in the entire village. The room is clean, the bed is wide, the hot water is strong, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view. It has its own farm, with rapeseed flowers behind it. The boss’s cooking skills are good, the prices are reasonable (fried bacon 45, stir-fried pork 30), and the streets are clean and tidy, worthy of being a national civilized village.

This is my first time traveling to Jiulong Waterfall. I was lucky enough to book the Shanshuijian Inn for this trip. It really felt like home. The owner and his family were very simple, sincere, and hospitable. They also helped plan the travel route. The inn is very close to the scenic spot. We have luggage with us and the owner will provide free pick-up and drop-off. The rooms in the inn are warmly decorated, clean and tidy, fully equipped, with neat bedding, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, brand new facilities without odor, high-quality toiletries, and compressed towels in the room, which is very thoughtful. There is a beautiful view outside the window. The food cooked by the boss is also very delicious. The vegetables are all picked from the fields and are very fresh. The boss’s homemade bacon and sausage are also very unique and delicious! I will definitely choose here next time.

You can watch the sunset over the sea of flowers on the top floor, and the photography effect is good. Facilities: The facilities are okay as a whole, but the phone is bad. There is no explanation in advance. The floor will feel on the bed when walking. It may be the reason for the container transformation. It is not the reason for the cement brick. The projector setting is more distinctive, but the pixels are very stretched, and it is basically unclear.
Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, basically can achieve the level of hygiene that a hotel should have.
Environment: The environment in the room is very simple, the environment outside the house is still very good, there is a small grass, and there is a rocking chair
Service: The focus is on service. The general conclusion is that the service attitude of the staff below is still very good. Basically, they are all good communication experiences. I think if there is no such thing, I may play a 1-star bad review. But the management level of the hotel is very bad!
1. When driving to the hotel, press the navigation, because there is a section of the holiday blocking, call the hotel front desk for consultation, the feedback given may be the navigation guide wrong (the navigation guide is passing by the west gate, they say it is wrong, but there is a road between the west gate and the east gate can pass), So I told the front desk to let the staff call back for guidance. I turned around and didn't receive a call for a while. I waited on the side of the road for half an hour and was really anxious. I didn't respond until I called Ctrip's complaint call. The response concluded that I didn't go wrong! Navigation is right! So I turned back again. It was delayed for more than an hour, and it was almost 7 pm to enter the room!
2. Check out the next day, inform you to check out before 12 o'clock, communicate that the family is uncomfortable and hope to extend it a little to 13:30, reply that there is no way, the attitude is very resolute. (The actual family should be infected with some low fever by norovirus, and I want to sleep again). To be honest, I will not make this request. If it is not for this special situation, there is no way to call Trip.com again. Trip.com assisted in communicating until 13:30 to check out.
Seriously, in terms of service, the management staff completely do not understand how the hotel service company manages, and they do not stand in the customer experience angle at all, which is very bad. I have lived in more than ten hotels during the Spring Festival, this one makes me unable to comment.

All the staff are very enthusiastic. The service is very good. The facilities are complete and clean. The most important thing is that the location of the hotel and the environment are excellent.
