From Midsummer -25, a trailer sauna will be available at the cottage village's beach. Weekly renters have their own sauna shifts a few evenings a week and can use the sauna freely during the day. Cottage located in village with 6 other cottages (8031-8037). Cottages share shore and 2 jetties. Plots are level, rather steep slope to shore. The cottage is located in a cottage village, so please remember to observe silence between 10 pm and 7 am to guarantee peace with the neighbors. Construction work is being carried out in the area, which may cause occasional disturbances. Good fishing waters, owner rents out boat with outboard motor (15 hp), also outboard motor for rowing boat. Inquiries about extra boats have to be made directly with owner. Villa Lahnajärvi is a spacious rental villa, built in 1989 and completely renovated in 2021, suitable for various events, including meetings and celebrations. 83 km to the west of Helsinki, Lake Lahnajärvi (length 2.1 km, width 0.4 km) 15 m, hard sandy bottom, pier, rowing boat, and pedal boat. This round log villa comprises a large living room /kitchen, three bedrooms with two beds in each (one with a double bed mattress), three bathrooms, a dressing room with a sofa bed for two, and a spacious electric sauna in the bathroom. An outdoor hot tub on the terrace is included in the rental price. Additionally, there is a large lake-facing terrace and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Former farmhouse. Wide lawn, surrounded by outbuildings of the farm (not in use). Nearest neighbour is the owner 80 m away, no view. The river shore is not suitable for small childrern.
