Room was a good size and clean. Felt quite new so a nice space to come back to right off the beach. Great location in Houhai. Service was friendly but just to note it says staff are multilingual but I didn't speak to any English speaking staff during my stay. We communicated over translation apps and they were accommodating in trying to answer my questions so thank you! As a 24-hour desk however the change in staff I think led to some miscommunication about requests made by guests and led me to miss my morning taxi pick up. Either that or translation issues. Other than that however no problems and had a pleasant stay here.

The room was nice. The only thing is that prices are a bit high during peak season. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend it, especially as it's only a 2-minute walk to the beach.

Overall, a great experience, and I was very pleased with the surroundings. The location is excellent, with a large shopping mall conveniently close, and small supermarkets and fruit stalls right downstairs. I just wish I had done more research beforehand to fully explore the area from the get-go. The breakfast shop downstairs, however, was quite generic and lacked any authentic local flavors.

This place is excellent! It's incredibly convenient for daily life, with a large supermarket, a night market, and a seafood market all within easy reach. Transportation is also very convenient. The host is really friendly, and the kitchenware was spotlessly clean – we even got to steam crabs! We made sure to leave the kitchen tidy when we checked out, of course. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

It was a lucky find, a serendipitous encounter, that led me to choose this B&B. The cleanliness was impeccable. As someone who usually struggles with sleep, I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly comfortable the bed was; I slept soundly every single night. A pristine beach is directly accessible downstairs. The warm and attentive service from all the staff truly made me feel completely at home, despite being so far away. After booking, you will be added to the WeChat group to publish your location. Because we had a lot of luggage, the butler picked us up from the parking lot and took us to the room, which was very enthusiastic. The family stayed for two nights and everyone felt very good. The room was decorated very artistically, just like living at home. There was no odor or mold in the corridor and room. The items provided were also very complete, including laundry detergent, clothes drying rack, hand soap, mosquito coil liquid, sandals and disposable slippers. There is also a playground for children downstairs. The price is much more affordable than the hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here and you won't step into the trap.

The hotel has a very beautiful sea view. This time we were on a leisure trip and had plenty of time, so we changed three hotels in the town. The terrace of this hotel did not disappoint us. At night, we brought our own beer🍻 and snacks to enjoy the sea breeze, look at the beach and fireworks in front of us, and feel great. I especially want to say that the hotel's coffee delivery is perfect in taste and service! The front desk lady is very beautiful🥰

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to get around, with abundant dining options nearby. The lovely lady at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations for local eateries and activities. We booked a first-floor loft room. Given it's an older property, noise from guests returning late upstairs (talking and footsteps) was quite audible. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they handled the issue very professionally, even offering to move us to a different room if the noise persisted. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and had a wonderful time. Should we visit Haikou again, we would definitely choose this guesthouse! P.S. We accidentally broke a bathroom glass, and the kind lady at the front desk was so understanding that she didn't charge us for it. Thank you so much! 😊

How can it be so good? The stay is very comfortable, the service attitude is very good, the environment is elegant and beautiful, and it is very quiet. It is as good as ever. This is not the first time I have stayed here. It is also very clean and convenient. It is the first choice.

Small and clean hostel, with a popular photo taking spot just on the third floor of the same building. Just need to flash your room card to access the area. Very good location right at Qilou Old Street. Near to a few popular shops. Staff was friendly and allowed us to top up a little more payment to extend our stay til evening, as our flight was at night. So we could get some rest and wash up before heading to the airport.
