Choosing this homestay was the best surprise of my trip! It completely exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** The homestay was spotlessly clean and tidy. The decor style was a warm and minimalist design, which I absolutely loved – it felt both stylish and incredibly relaxing, just like being at home. The actual place matched the photos exactly, even looking better in person! **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and comprehensive. From Wi-Fi and air conditioning to kitchen utensils, the host had thought of every single detail. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly, and a hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. **Location:** The location was also fantastic. It was very convenient for transportation, with a metro/bus station nearby, making it easy to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. Despite being in such a convenient spot, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. **Host:** Finally, I must commend the host! They were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions even before check-in and providing detailed guides and directions. Their responses were always super quick whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of and welcomed. **Overall:** This was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to all my friends. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

There were 7 of us, and we booked two twin rooms, both equipped with a PS5/Switch. The rooms were clean, well-ventilated, and our clothes dried quickly. The staff were friendly. We reported two issues to the staff: 1. The power outlet at the foot of the bed in one room wasn't working. They explained that it was originally intended for a TV that hadn't been installed yet, and therefore wasn't wired for power. However, the outlet in the same spot in our other room *was* working. 2. Breakfast consisted of sandwiches or bread, plus a drink, served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. There were many options, but some popular items, like the golden fish sandwiches shown in the picture, ran out quite early. I saw two available before 9:00 AM, but by around 9:30 AM, they were all gone. I mentioned this to the staff because my wife and daughter specifically wanted them but had to choose something else. Staff Response: After my wife and daughter had just finished eating, a staff member came over, thanked us for our feedback, and specially bought and delivered two golden fish sandwiches. Later, while we were back in our room playing Switch, the staff brought us two boxes of fruit platters. We are very grateful! Regarding the location, due to road/subway construction, getting from the apartment to Rongchuang Mall required a detour of about 600 meters. Because it was raining, there were puddles on the ground, making crossing the road quite inconvenient, and I even had my pants splashed by passing cars.

We hosted a bachelorette trip at this G Building and we had a great time! - the staff were quick to respond and helped us with anything we needed - the rooms were beautiful and had amazing views! - the kitchen had plates, wine glasses etc. for us to use - they allowed us to set up and decorate early which helped with our timings to surprise our friend - overall we had a great time and use of the villa and would like to come back and visit again! - we did not venture outside due to the rain but there are many places you can order food from and a bbq place to eat at! - The photographers were great and we are very happy with the pictures Things to mention: - there were no mics available for the KTV - the pool is only ankle deep, more for paddling/sitting in to cool down, not possible to swim - the other pool was not filled Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

The room is really clean, the staff is really helpfull; we encounter some problems with our flight so the check in time was very late, but the staff was still waiting and assisting us. Will stay here again if we visit Shenzhen. Location also very nice, many food restaurants nearby

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 1 night as we needed a relaxing getaway from Hong Kong. Booked the hotel very last minute (3 hours before we arrived) and it exceeded our expectations! We came during the week so the area itself was not busy (as i’ve read it can get on the weekends) so it was perfect for us to have some peace and quiet. The hotel is ON the beach and there are activities that can be done from there (kayaking, jet ski etc). There are cute little coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distance and in the evening there was entertainment on the beach including an open air cinema with beach chairs for guests. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was lovely in the evening. The room was very clean, the king size bed was huge and we were able to watch english movies via the projector! (Even travelling in the city at more well known hotels, we have had trouble watching english language tv/movies so this was a bonus for us) In the morning we asked for late check out (very last minute) and they let us stay for an additional hour. Also, breakfast was included but we missed the allocated time and they texted us via wechat to offer to bring up 2 plates AND coffee which they did not have to do but was so appreciated. Overall, we needed to relax and this hotel was perfect. We will definitely be returning again AND recommending to our friends.

From the moment I arrived, the helpful staff made the experience even better—they assisted with luggage and gave a detailed tour of the room, explaining all the smart features and how to use them. They also provided clear instructions on reserving the free 20-minute photography session, which was a great touch! The button-controlled smart room made adjusting the lighting, curtains, and temperature effortless. The bathtub with an ocean view was the highlight—soaking while listening to music from the built-in panel was pure relaxation. Plus, the ceiling projector turned the room into a private cinema, perfect for unwinding at night. Food was another plus! The stay included a delicious breakfast, a teatime snack, and an after-dinner dessert, all well-prepared and satisfying. Very well decorated,stylish, and new hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in a residential building full of other service apartments. The building itself looks old, and due to it's location, a lot of them are vacant. Da Xiao Mei Sha's peak visiting season is summertime, and we went during Nov timing, so it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself has only opened for a month, so everything was very nice and new but due to the same reason they do not provide breakfast service. The staff was very nice and helpful by decorating the room with balloons on request as it was a birthday celebration before we arrived at the room. We were assigned a ”butler” and can be reached anytime, even before our arrival date, every day before 12 am, and answer any question we had. We were offered dessert as a welcoming treat, and snacks like mini cupcakes and crackers were prepared in the room and the communal area at their ”lobby.” The hotel provides Atelier Cologne toiletries, which were nice and luxury. The room was very spacious, and our specific room type had a bath in the bedroom in front of our window. However, we figured that people from the other side of the building might be able to see me bath, so we will have to close the curtains, defeating the purpose of having a bath with seaview unless u enter with clothes. One minor downside was that the fridge was not working and was unable to keep our birthday cake chilled. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10 for the room itself, but they might still need a little more time to improve on small details, gaining experience from things that they might encounter with guests. After all, it is one of the most expensive hotels besides the international chained hotels. I would still recommend this hotel, and we can the staff are passionate about providing the best service, I am sure they will be able to fine-tune things soon.

Beyond five stars! My kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave! This campground is simply fantastic! The weekend was packed with so many activities; we couldn't possibly fit them all in from morning till night! The kids immediately started 'digging for treasure' in the sandpit and couldn't stop, and the super lively fish in the fishing pond gave them a huge sense of accomplishment. Go-karts and swings were my children's absolute favorites; they played them countless times, screaming with delight! The craft activities helped them develop their motor skills, and they even got to take their creations home as keepsakes. The inflatable pool and water fight in the afternoon were an absolute summer carnival – the kids were soaking wet but beaming with joy! The evening bonfire party had an incredible atmosphere; the whole family danced to the music, and even the adults had a blast! Staff members were even on hand to take photos and upload them to a live album, capturing countless happy moments. To our surprise, on the second morning, we could even visit the vegetable garden and pick fresh produce for 10 yuan per jin – it was my child's first farming experience, and they were absolutely thrilled! After just two days and one night, my child immediately asked, 'Mommy, can we come back again tomorrow?' The facilities were clean and safe, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. This is absolutely a hidden gem for family travel, and I've already recommended it to all my friends! 100% recommended! 👏👏👏

It was really great. The karaoke room allowed us to stay indoors without feeling bored, and the hot spring pool in the room was large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the service is very good and friendly. The simple breakfast is also very delicious and very appetizing. Thank you for the hospitality.
