The location of this store is very good. It is very close to Granville Island, Canada Place, UBC University, Stanley Park and Seabus Ferry. Living here, you don’t need to take a taxi to go to many tourist attractions. Traveling is very convenient.
In addition to the location, the landlord, Mr. Zhang and his wife, are also very nice and provide warm service. The only slight drawback is that this is a century-old house. In addition, the climate in Vancouver is a bit humid, so there is sometimes a slight damp smell inside. It would be better if the bathroom door was always kept open to improve ventilation!
The hostess is super nice! She answered questions attentively and patiently. In order to facilitate the airport pick-up (extra charge), the host gave a clear map of instructions, and we arrived directly after a smooth reunion. The homestay is very close to the airport, and it takes about ten minutes to get there. The room is very warm and clean. There is a small living room with a refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has bath and shampoo products. You only need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste (I traveled light and did not check in my luggage, so I didn’t bring toothpaste. The host and his wife kindly gave me one, haha). This trip was also an adventure. I happened to book a tour group with the host, and I was well taken care of in the next few days. In short, the room was clean and hygienic, and the host was warm and hospitable. I highly recommend it!
The hotel is new and clean, but the location is quite remote. There are no shops around to buy things. You have to call Uber to go anywhere, but the environment is quiet.
I was not able to get the exact address of the room until 24h before check in. The area around is very quiet so if you are travel alone better not return at late hour. The bed looks clean but the room and the washroom looks slightly dirty.

The interior of the room is neat and clean, and the space is large enough. The landlord is very nice. Because we have many suitcases, the landlord helped us move our suitcases when we arrived and when we left.
However, the person who posted the room on the platform was an agent. The information posted by the agent was all wrong. The address did not match the picture and text of the room type. The address displayed on the platform was completely wrong with the designated location, and it was different from the actual address and room type. Also The information showing the distance to the nearby subway station is also wrong. You can reach this accommodation by walking, so we took a car to the accommodation.

We loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out.
The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo.
There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.
The living environment is pretty good. I communicated with the landlord in advance. The landlord is very nice and is very concerned about everything you need to pay attention to when traveling.

MMike PirieFound this Gem in a last-minute search for a place to stay in the mountains. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but would definitely return if we find ourselves in the Rockies again. The room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Great views, Love the communal concept of the kitchen & fire pit. Great way to meet new people. Easy to find & not far from the amenities of the town of Golden.
Not sure if this furry friend is a full time resident or not but, sure was friendly!
WWendy WTWe stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guest’s favorite: the yummy breakfast!
GGuest UserThe hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.
MMerissaTravelsAbout a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues.
TTonyHKakandeFraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!
GGuest UserThe place was warm, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The availability of a parking spot was a great convenience, and after a long day, we had a restful and peaceful sleep. Highly recommended!
CChengThe landlord's uncle is very good, and he will try his best to meet any requirements.
The bed is very big, two or three people sleep no problem, one person sleeps very comfortable
The experience is very good, I will definitely stay again next time.
KKim WeningerThe room was fine but it was not what I thought it was going to be. It is more like a hostel. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. As we were there for a function in ocean park area the location was awesome.
