A very clean and well furnished apartment. Easy access instructions by code on the door. Separate bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen and dining area is separate and well equipped, even with a washing machine and dryer.
There is a liquor and convenience store very near. Location is on a bus route to the SkyTrain station for an easy 30minute ride to the Waterfront. There is a bit of noise from jets coming in to land at YVR airport, but not at night.
We spent a comfortable 3 nights there.

The location and environment are very good, the room is also very large, although it smells a bit like old wood, it is quite clean, and the sister in charge of contact is also very enthusiastic, the experience is very good.

We loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out.
The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo.
There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.

The landlord is very friendly. When I arrived, I was very careful and enthusiastic to introduce me to help me move in. 👍
The homestay is located in a high-end community in Richmond, very quiet and safe.
Convenient location, there are many restaurants not far away.
Overall, it is a very good homestay living experience 👍

The owner of the homestay is very kind, and will help us deal with any problems. The public area is also very clean. The kitchen utensils are full. You can buy food and cook it. It is very convenient for self-service travelers. It is about10-15 minutes walk from the bus or sky train.

The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining.
It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit.
I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city.
The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use.
It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

And its satisfaction! The two landlords took the initiative to upgrade the room for free. There was no breakfast, and they made breakfast according to my preferences every day! The environment is elegant, comfortable and warm! The service is really the most satisfying time for all the hotels and homestays I have ever stayed in! Recommended to me a lot of friends! This will be my permanent place to stay!

MMike PirieFound this Gem in a last-minute search for a place to stay in the mountains. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but would definitely return if we find ourselves in the Rockies again. The room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Great views, Love the communal concept of the kitchen & fire pit. Great way to meet new people. Easy to find & not far from the amenities of the town of Golden.
Not sure if this furry friend is a full time resident or not but, sure was friendly!

GGuest UserJennifer is a nice host, the first day I stepped into her house, she was welcoming me with passion, and she explained things that I needed to know. At the time of staying, I had couple times chatting with her, she was a nice lady that willing to give suggestions and advice on lives. The room is clean and tidy, it's bright and comfortable, even the bathroom is clean and neat. It is a nice experience and I really love staying here and hanging out with the host.

WWendy WTWe stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guest’s favorite: the yummy breakfast!

GGuest UserThe hotel is so beautiful from the outside and the inside. The guys at checkin and checkout were really nice too! We received a welcome drink and biscuits upon arrival, that was so thoughtful ! The room we had was out of a princess story but as its an old building theres no AC so in summer it can be difficult.. We still had fans and they told us that they re working on having rights to install them.

Each room has a number lock, so you can rest assured about security.
The hosts were all very warm and kind!
They were happy to store our luggage before check-in, introduced us to their two cats, and had a lot of fun talking to us!
The nearest station is just under a 20-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes if you take a bus from the nearby bus stop.
It's close to the airport and tourist spots, so it's easy to get around.
I'd definitely like to stay here again if I go to Vancouver!

It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!
