I was surprised this property was rated as high as it was. It was fine, if a little basic. The room was very noisy from both inside and outside the property. Close to public transport but you need it to get anywhere as it is quite far from the main sites.
Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.
I had an amazing stay at Apple House Truganina The service was top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was taken care of, and I felt really welcomed from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place I’ll definitely be coming back!
Thank you for the great experience! 🙌✨

The location is good, and parking is convenient for self-driving. The hotel has its own parking space, but the parking fee is a little higher, but it is basically the same in Australia. The apartment is very clean and you can cook your own food. It is always on the edge of the city center and close to the University of Melbourne. The city view is also good.
The room was very good, but too quiet at night, probably because it was the off-season. I initially thought that we were the only family staying at the hotel. I was a little scared when I couldn't see anyone smoking at the door at night. I didn't know until the next day that there were other guests nearby. I saw wild kangaroos, but the entrance was hard to find. I initially thought I had taken the wrong road. It was really wild.

Temporarily decided to find a hotel near Boxhill at night, the owner was not there, and instructed me to check in easily and upgraded, very happy. The rooms are large and have heating.
This hotel is the same as Fairy Port. If you pass by in a hurry, you will not appreciate their goodness at all. We stayed for 4 nights. Every day we sat by the fireplace, watched TV, read a book, cooked by ourselves, took a walk on the beach in the afternoon, and returned to the slow-paced life... It was the most memorable place in the entire Australia trip. The landlord and the couple were very nice and gave many suggestions for nearby attractions.

RRobinwthCabin has everything you need!!! Room was cozy and clean, there was a pantry with pots, pans, utensils - home was also very conveniently located to the city centre! Spotted many wild kangaroos too!
AA-y-e-s-h-aCan not rate this place and experience high enough. Truely felt like being transported to another world (think living your best Beatrix Potter life) despite only being an hour away from the city. 🌸 🦜🐿️🌹🍃
The decadent interiors of the suite amongst the most beautiful grounds/garden made for the most perfect stay. The jacuzzi style tub was an absolute treat to soak in with the lounge TV perfectly within viewing, along with the log fireplace! 🔥🪵 The four poster bed was also beyond luxurious with the most breath taking views from the window.
Arina & Alex were wonderful hosts providing a fully stocked fridge (ingredients for multiple hearty farm breakfasts - eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, yoghurt, muesli, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea) along with even arriving to a freshly baked loaf of bread (still hot with butter)! 🍞 There was even mini ice-creams in the freezer. The antipasto board I’d ordered as an extra treat was also 10/10. They’d thought of everything and the place was impeccably clean.
I feel so inspired after staying at such a beautiful place to continue to replicate as many of the awe inspiring touches in both my home and routine from interior/planting inspiration to self care. Thank you for such a memorable stay. 🌟
李李The hotel is located on the top of the hill with a great view. The decoration is very distinctive and the service is warm. The breakfast tastes good.
GGuest UserIt is far from the city of lakes entrance, but the whole house is more comfortable. Since we will stay late, the hotel said that it sent a message to the mobile phone, but it has not been able to receive it. After many calls, we can finally receive the check-in guidelines for non-working hours.
HHerllynWe had a short staycations there but sadly the weather was gloomy, so quite hard for us to see a great view during the day. Will recommend everyone to go and pay the visit during spring or summer time. Self check-in with info provided by the owner or receptionist upon arrival via the apps, which is fantastic!
Things to improve: No face towel and hand towels provided, but only bath towels & bath mat. Fireplace required firewood, but there’s none. Not sure if it’s included or we have to buy it.
Overall, smooth check-in & check-out process & great facilities.
MMirella MarksIt is our third time staying at Paynesville Holiday Park and we always look forward to coming back. The management are lovely people and all their little extra touches are greatly appreciated which make the environment homely and comfortable. The park is in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants and supermarket, koala spotting on Raymond Island, and we also enjoyed an unforgettable cruise with H20 Cruises in the summertime. We can't wait to return later in the year. Thank you Paynesville Holiday Park for another memorable stay.
GGuest UserThere are two new villas, each with its own entrance.
Self-service check-in, which is not visible on Ctrip's page
When I arrived that day, I found a message from the store asking me to check my mailbox.
QQ mailbox signal is not good and can't log in
I contacted customer service and the problem was solved quickly. The store also responded quickly.
In fact, I wanted to confirm before I left, but I didn’t find the store’s email address.
When you go to customer service, the robot will tell you to call the hotel's Internet number.
I hope people who order in the future will keep an eye out.
LluxfowlReally loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby.
There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible.
