We fell in love with our Peninsula cabin at this well maintained holiday park. It was perfect for us as we had the accessible access cabin with a ramp and no stairs. It also had a fabulous big safety bathroom. We had a balcony with a great little bbq grill. We cooked both nights. Just outside our cabin at dusk there were little wallabies. Also lots of birds including gorgeous green rosellas. There was a wonderful bush track down to Stewart's Bay beach. We loved the Tasman Peninsula for all the natural features and the historical Port Arthur. Book here!
It should be the first customer to comment on the hotel in Chinese. Overall, the hotel is very good, the location is in the downtown area, we are sitting on the spirit to Devonport, the car rental port can be seen in the hotel for 10 minutes, the hotel has its own The parking lot, the room is large, very beautiful, the special silver tableware and crystal tableware are very beautiful in the large glass display cabinet, the hygiene is very good, the bathroom is very clean, Devonport has no attractions, if you rent a car, you can go to the seaside. The turn is very comfortable.
It’s an air B & B.
Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me.
I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?
The hotel feels like entering the forest, the hardware facilities of the house are great, clean and hygienic, the rooms are warm, the scenery is too beautiful, there is a feeling of wilderness, you can hear the sound of animals at night, you can bring a flashlight to look for small animals at night, and you can see small kangaroos at any time.
The location is excellent! Very easy to find, easy to park, close to the sea, and you can see the little penguins returning to their nests when you leave the camp at night. Although there are not many penguins, unlike the groups of penguins on Phillip Island, we saw more than 10 penguins in total, and they were very close. The room facilities are relatively complete, but the bathroom is small and there is no place to put toiletries. There is a supermarket next to the camp, which is also convenient for shopping, but the supermarket closes at 16:00 and opens at 8:00 in the morning.

The room was very nice, the boss was very nice, and he also provided a rich breakfast. It is also very convenient to go to various tourist attractions. It's also very close to the city. The overall feeling of staying here is very relaxing!

We managed to do early check-in before official time. However, we realised the cottage was not clean at all as rubbish wasn't cleared, floors not vacuumed & towels left hanging around, likely by previous guests. So we had to return to reception to feedback & they immediately got housekeeping to do the job. Reception staff could do better with more smiles though.
Cottage was quite roomy for 2 pax, but could be a bit tight if 4 pax were to stay together. Pretty basic accommodation but it was strategically located near Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Overall, a unique experience to stay in a mountain cottage like this, just that free WiFi was only available at reception & not in the cottage itself.

Great
GGuest UserWe didn't notice that we needed to check in before 6pm. When we arrived at the hotel after the Cradle Mountain hike, it was just over ten minutes. At first, we thought we had found the wrong entrance to the reception (it was a regular hotel, not a B&B, so we didn't expect that we couldn't check in so early. The sun didn't set until 8pm). There were two staff members sitting at the reception counter (glass door, visible from the outside), and no matter how we knocked or gestured, they just shook their hands. There was a small iron box on the door that needed to be opened with the password given in the email, and there was a key inside. But there were several big words in my email: Unable to display the content of the email! There was no way, we called the hotel, but they didn't answer and transferred the call to voice, so we had to leave a message. Just when we were about to contact Ctrip, the people inside finally came out, opened the iron box, and gave us the key. How arrogant!!!
Ppatricia chengThe kitchen utensils are complete but the cleanliness is average, and the countertops feel greasy.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a heating lamp, but the water temperature of the shower head is alternately hot and cold, and the water flow is average.
The bedroom is old, the clothes drying rack is also stuffed into the closet, and the bed has an electric heating pad.
The advantage is that it is very close to the Bruny Island Cruise departure point, so you can easily meet there in the morning.
Close to Adventure Bay, the scenery is beautiful and the sound of waves is constant, making you feel cheerful.
KKwokHere’s the translation:
1. A very cute and Modern room, beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos.
2. The hosts are very friendly; it's basically their home, with only two rooms available for guests. If you’re lucky, you might encounter their grandchildren swimming and playing, hearing their laughter.
3. The room's amenities are quite high quality, and the space is ample.
4. Breakfast is provided early in the room, including bread, various types of jams and butter, milk, orange juice, and a variety of cereal options. Tea bags are also available.
5. There’s a free washing machine and laundry powder, but no dryer.
6. The location is within a 20-minute drive from Launceston.
7. If you want a quiet and comfortable space, this is a great choice.

GGuest UserThis farm is very large. After checking in, it is still 2 or 3 kilometers away from the room. It is necessary to turn over the hill. The decoration style is very modern and the facilities are very good. The 2-bedroom room also has 2 bathrooms. It is not convenient to eat.

SSTtravelsvery kid friendly, receptionist was nice and kind. explains the facilities and the area informatively and is very welcoming. place was big was and has ur own parking up front. recommend friends and family to come here for some quality time together.
家家有大佩奇Free parking. About ten minutes walk from the bazaar, eliminating the embarrassment of finding a parking space. The disadvantages are obvious. This is an old house with a history of more than 100 years, made into a hotel. There is heating and air conditioning. The windows in my bedroom don't seem to close. The passing of the car can be heard more clearly. No deposit is required, and kitchen items are free to eat and use. The man looking at the house has bad ears. The old house is a bit interesting.
HHONGYANThe hotel is a little road from the city center. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes drive. The hotel is very beautiful, but the air conditioning is old-fashioned. No one appears in the whole process. The folder that sees your name is very happy. The place where breakfast is used is self-service. Each table has the name of the room, and the name of the room is named after the owner of the previous hotel.
TTraveller354Adorable BnB down the southern edge of Tasmania. Amazingly warm welcome and great conversations to be had.
Heater had been turned on prior to our arrival and we had got a free upgrade as we were the only people in that day.
Delicious and hefty breakfast with allergies taken into account.
Got lots of tips about the area and where/how to best view southern lights and wild platypus.
Highly recommend!
