I enjoyed my time there. The rooms are good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is only ok if you've got a car and/or need a place to crash off the interstate.
Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called.
It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.
Very beautiful hotel, the furniture is all in excellent condition. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful, we checked in ahead of time, I was very grateful because I was home from a long journey and very tired. Super hotel I recommend
Room was okay. Found ice bucket with mold growing in it. Breakfast was pretty lame. Understand Covid and all but not much offered for the amount the hotel charged.

GGuest UserWe live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel in a quiet location on Lake Lorraine. Close to restaurants, malls, and right off I-29 for easy travel in the city. The rooms were more spacious than a typical room with the addition of a pull out sleeper sofa. The rooms were quiet and clean. The patios and outside fire pit overlooking the small lake was a nice amenity. Although we didn't use the pool, it was larger than a lot of hotel pools. The only negative was there needed to be more help wiping down tables during the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very busy, and there wasn't a single clean table during the breakfast rush. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
AAlice KuoFangMost things were excellent except water putties around various locations such as the floor of elevator and around the soda in the first floor. I think they were from kids went to swim and when they got out , they did no t dry out outside the pool. They were just dripping waters all over the place. That was a hazard for other customers. I made the staff aware of it. You should have a rule regarding swimming rule. They should have dried out before out of the pool area. In addition kids were running n the hallway and made very noisy. You should separate family with kids from family without kids.
GGuest UserUpon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub.
Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good.
Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
乔乔治敦宇文护The hotel is not far from the airport, just a few minutes away, there is a parking lot, the front desk and the staff are very good, breakfast is very rich, typical American breakfast. There are also Chinese restaurants nearby, great.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean, a little older of a hotel but it had covered parking area which was nice. A nice breakfast was included every morning which included cereal, eggs, pancakes, waffles, breads, etc.. We went for Sturgis Bike week so everything was extremely busy and of course we paid more than three times the price per night for the hotel. It was close to Deadwood, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Lots to do in the area.
If we go back, it would be before or after bike week so it wouldn't have been so busy.
GGuest UserCould of done better…door 3 didn’t have room number right at the entry for which way to go to find our room, we had to go all over to search for ours to find out it’s upstair.
Ice machine wasn’t even working…breakfast there was no eggs, French toast and all that at 8am when we came out for breakfast!!! I looked around and everybody else had them and there was none left at 8am and it didn’t looked like they were gonna make more so me and my kid had to go back to the room hungry. Otherwise it was a nice place though
RRobbie LStay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal.
