The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, basically you don't need to walk by car. The service is very good, let the concierge help book the restaurant, spa and consultation surrounding environment, very in place. Although their restaurant food is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. If the Michelin restaurant around is not booked, don't drink too much wine, you can still try it. The room is very good, quiet and clean, low-key luxury, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, the sofa bed in the living room in the attic has been changed to another bed, which is a bit harder, but you can also have your own space, both spaces are very high, very comfortable.

I had a great stay at the A-STAY. It's a wonderful location to start your city-trip in Antwerp. Very convenient next to the beautiful train-station. Don't let this fool you, mostly hotels near train stations aren't always clean or feel safe, but this it definitely not the case with A-STAY. It's a very quiet hotel, easy to get to and well isolated rooms. I loved the separate toilet from the shower. There's a very big mirror in the room as well, to get ready - and the lighting is very cosy.

It close to the train station, subway, tram. Very convenient to transport to viewpoint. The room is small, dusty, smell bad when we arrived. We find out the dust everywhere when the light is on. It is easily to see it flew whole room. The toilet smell is so strong when we opened the room door, no matter how many times we flush the toilet. The smell is continuously coming out. There is no air circulation in the toilet.

Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.

Great hotel in an old monastery church. My ”charming” room was great, especially the church windows. The bed was very comfortable. - The hotel is small but fine. There are no other hotel facilities except a small bar. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the altar area is only used for breakfast. Breakfast is of high quality, even if the choice might be somewhat greater. I enjoyed my stay and would live there again at any time if I travel to mechels again.

We arrived to find that our single beds were attached together, and after splitting them apart, we found that there was food dirt and a toothpick on the floor. There were also numerous stains and ants in the room. We liked the comfiness of the beds and the shower was very good. We would stay here again.

Although it is still 3-4 kilometers away from the city center, compared with the hourly parking fee in the city, free is very tempting. The room is small but has everything. The facilities of 3 single beds meet the needs of a family of three. The countertop built with drainage on the wall of the bathroom provides ample storage space. A very cost-effective stay experience.

CCindyThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel. The room was spacious. Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black. It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :) Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon. Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud. Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

GGuest UserWhen booking a room on Ctrip, I saw a small room label and no specific area. After some hesitation, I decided to book it because I was only staying for one night. I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The room was tall, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a 10-minute walk from the flixbus station and the central station, and about a 17-minute walk from the main attractions in the city center. I asked the front desk girl to recommend a restaurant, where I had delicious Belgian beer beef. The stay was very good.

Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!
