The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large. The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot. There are sea view rooms with a view of the Aegean Sea, and the view is great

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Nice and pleasant hotel, the pool is hardly usable as it is always in the shade. Otherwise everything was OK. Breakfast was very very bad, the quality of the food was unfortunately very bad, nothing tasted good.

Excellent hotel 👌🏼 definitely worth repeating! Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was top notch - from the service to the hygiene. The rooms were spotless and the staff very friendly. An added bonus is the large shopping mall right next to the hotel, ideal for a quick errand or a nice shopping session. If I'm in Izmir again, I'll definitely come back here!

The hotel is easy accessible from Bostanlı - Karşıyaka by Ferry and via Çeşme Highway. Nice restaurants, coffeshops and supermarkets nearbye. One can enjoy SPA and sport facilities too.

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

I came here on a business trip with my students for a competition. The location is a little remote on the hillside, but the environment is very good, the scenery is also good, and you can see a little bit of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast is also rich in choice, and the restaurant environment is also good. On the last day, I was bitten by a wasp. The nurse of the hotel took very considerate care of me, applied medicine and iced it with the help of the translator, and I recovered in two days.

The room was really spacious. The bed was comfortable and large enough. The lobby was nice enough. You can easily walk to the seaside. There is a starbucks next door and a sports bar in the ground floor.
