I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Clean, good location. Helpful staff. Parking is free but might be hard to find open spot in working days since the garage is shared one.

The location is very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough. The omelet I ordered was very good.

I stayed at the hotel for three days to explore Izmir. The hotel is located right next to Basmane Station, and all the attractions are within walking distance. I really liked the hotel's authenticity; it has so many interesting details and decorations. My room was quiet, with hot water and heating. The breakfast was delicious, and they offered lunch too, with the daily menu posted in the elevator. The bed had a comfortable mattress, and I appreciated the thick duvet – I don't like thin ones. The curtains were also nice and thick. There was a fridge (with a minibar) and a kettle in the room. My stay was as comfortable as possible!

Great stay, very warm receptionists. Had an issue with the laundry service and the staff went the extra mile to solve it even on a weekend.

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

This hotel is in a pretty central location in Izmir, just a short walk from the sea. Their premium hotels are all nearby, and it's considered one of the better hotels in the area. Overall, it's quite good.
