The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.

We stayed for business in the hotel 4 nights. The rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast was very good for the open buffet. The staff were very concerned with security, receptionist, kitchen staff, staff were all very interested and excellent service. I would certainly prefer the same hotel again if we were to come to Gaziantep again.

Nice little boutique bed and breakfast. Nothing fancy but very clean, very convenient and super affordable. Couldn't have asked for more in a 3 person hotel room with three beds. Soo much better than staying the night at the airport. Also free breakfast made my dad even more happy.

Depremin olduğu gün Palmiye Oteldeydik, 5. katta kalıyorduk, deprem ile uyandık sallandık, hiç bir şey olmadı otele, sadece küçük boya döküntüleri olduğunu gördük merdivenlerden aşağı inerken. Otelde olmadığı gibi yakın çevrede de hasar yoktu. Kısa sürede otelin genel müdürü Eyüp Bey geldi kontrolü ele aldı korkmuş misafirleri sakinleştirdi bilgi verdi hemen çay kahve servisi yaptılar. üşüyenler için battaniye yorgan getirdiler. Sonra oteli kontrol edip tüm misafirlere lobide kahvaltı çıkardılar. Eyüp Bey ve tüm çalışanlar sayesinde konuklar güvenle o kritik zamanları atlattılar herkese çok çok teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Zaten hizmetinden çok memnun kalıp her zaman tercih ettiğim bir işletmeydi, bu zor anlarda da ne kadar deneyimli olduklarını yaşayarak öğrenmiş olduk. Sağolun varolun.

We visited Gaziantep first time and because of it choose Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep, like something what we know already from different city’s and countries. We always know what quality of the Hilton will be same everywhere. Wanna say thank you for two guy’s from the reception, sadly don’t know their names. One guy was at my check in, other one at check out date. They was very helpful with amazing level of english language. Recommend.

The location in the center is very good. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great, I would definitely recommend it. The hotel looks good at first sight, although it is about 3km from the centre of town and surrounded by very dimly lit streets at night. My room had a great view of the city, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, the fabric covered chairs were stained, and the air-conditioning was hard to control - either too warm or too cold. Also, the window (on a high floor) opened wide to a shear drop and would be very dangerous for children. The staff were all great and helpful. As for breakfast, it looked ok, but on day one there was no butter or milk, and on day two the coffee machine was not working. A bit more attention to detail could see these issues resolved without having to ask.
