It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque.
The hotel is located just a step away from the Masjid Al Nabwi, which makes this hotel popular. However, the hotel is very old. The bathroom is equipped with obsolete items. Shower, sink, and toilette tabs falling a part. The bath rooms need complete renovation, including tiles. Other than that, the reception staff is not very friendly.
Had to wait a long time before the receptionist could find the reservation through Trip.com.
I had to complain to the duty manager, Mr.Ridwan, who was extremely friendly and cooperative. He assigned another room. The duty Manger Miss.Raseel was exceptionally good. She extended my checkout time as my flight schedule was changed to a later time
She also offered the lounge. She really made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ridwan and Miss. Rassel. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service.
A solid 3 out of 5. Budget hotel, clean fine for solo travellers and within 15-20 minute walk from Masjid Nawabi. Thanks to the receptionists who upgraded the room to a king-size bed suite and offered the day extension for the same room, too. Breakfast consists of a set menu, not a buffet, which, although adequate, is nothing special. A few places are within a few minutes' walk. Showroom was clean but oddly lacked a shower screen, so water splashed over the toilet! Not sure what the builders were thinking as if they wanted a wet room or a normal bathroom, but ended up with an in-between.
The hotel itself is located not on the posh side of Medina but 1.2km from Masjid, but being a budget friendly option, it's fine. Top Tip for solo travellers, if you're able to then walk a little under 2km from Hotel to bus station locted near Prophets Mosque to get the 400 bus that will take you straight to Medina Airport It's much cheaper than taxi and Uber options.
Great hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel in alula. Excellent service and we got super good deal from here so i would recommend you guys to check it out.
Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)
The place is new, clean, tidy, quiet, and within walking distance to the mosque. The girls and boys at the reception are very respectful, helpful, and cheerful.
The hotel is good in terms of location, cleanliness and insulation, but the bad thing about it is the smell of hookah and smoke at the reception and between the rooms. I booked with a view and the employee said we don't have it‼️🤷🏻♂️
The hotel is by the sea, and you can go out for a walk in the morning. The room is spacious, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich in variety, it is relatively quiet, the check-in process is fast, the price is reasonable, and it is recommended for business trips
Excellent experience. Staff was very helpful and cordial (Shahadat, Razik and Fazal e Rabi especially as well reception desk staff). Breakfast packages were also very reasonably priced comparison to other major hotels. Location is another major plus point.
I stayed for 2 nights on Oct 19th and I would like to give a special warm thankyou to Jereen who checked me in super early and even showed me which rooms I prefered. I was even given a complimentary fruit bowl which I was amazed, Abeer the receptionist rang me and asked if I needed anything. Its small touches like this that gives this hotel its uniqueness. I believe this hotel is 5 star. The quality of the rooms, shower, breakfast and the close proximity to the Haraam (3 min walk) and the friendliness of the staff, The luggage helpers helped me tie the arabic scarfe onto my head on one day as I wanted to experiance what its like to be arabic. On my last day Asim who was on night duty and even had a smile at fajr time helped me order my luggages to reception. I will always remember the friendliness and the modern feel to this hotel. There are food courts off the main road and in the future new food courts are being built on this green dome side of the haraam nearby, not to mention that there is an al baek chicken outlet a stones throw, theres a money exchange shop nearby aswell as beautiful little outlets selling thobes, prayer mats etc. This hotel is 5 out of 5. Try it

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

AAnonymous UserVery special experience!
We stayed there for one night, and there was dinner available until late at night. Breakfast was also available on order, which was healthier than white people.
The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it was clean and tidy, and it was ok for one night. It was nice to take pictures near the van! You can walk around the entire camp, and there are shuttle buses to take you back and forth.
There is a starry sky at night, and there are open-air movies. Remember to make an appointment~ There are shuttle buses to the swimming pool, and you can drive yourself. The overall experience is quite special!
GGuest UserThe location is really dramatic, set within huge stones. It is not too far from the Winter Park or the old town. That said, you do need a car to get around in Al Ula.
The room is spacious, clean, well designed and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic, with lovely views.
Budget rental cars has an office on the premises. In peak season, the hop on hop off bus stops here too.
The onsite restaurant serves nice breakfast and has a buffet dinner at night as well as a la carte. Since it is a resort, the charges tend to be on the pricey side.
I had a very relaxing time there and would highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean.
However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle.
It would have been much better if the hotel had fewer people and if there was Chinese service.
GGuest UserStaff at the reception was very cooperative. Helped me to buy a train ticket as my credit card didn’t work in SAR website. Breakfast was great as well.
