We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

The environment is fine and the scenery is beautiful. The room is a bit small. Whatever you do, don't leave the door open! If you do, close it immediately. I forgot to close it and a mouse ran in late at night and crawled on me, which scared me to death! I called the hotel and they sent someone to catch it.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality daily cleaning service. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. Had the best stay at movenpick madinah. Mr Ahmed at the reception was kind enough to upgrade us to an executive suite. Breakfast buffet was amazing, everything was freshly prepared and the service was impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so helpful, always attentive to little details and making sure that all our needs were met. Cleanliness was great and many elevators made it easy to access Haram during salah timings. More over the proximity to mosque was a plus point

It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .

I followed the hype and stayed for one night. It was a good experience. The hotel staff were generally quick to respond and polite (provided you communicate in English). Buggy service was also pretty prompt, no long waits. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed at in AlUla this trip. For dinner, I had the Red Sea catch of the day, which was seabass. The texture felt a bit soft and cotton-like; I'm not sure if that's typical for fish from the Red Sea, as it tasted different elsewhere, but it didn't seem old. The restaurant manager, Joshua, saw I was from East Asia and proactively wished me 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' (Happy New Year) and even offered a complimentary special drink, which really elevated my overall experience here. Breakfast quality was also very high. I'd come again. Recommended.

The location, especially being walking distance from the haram, was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Saad, who went above and beyond anything we expected or experienced before and we are also frequent business travelers! Any concern we had from arranging transportation or the rawdah, he was able to make it stress-free. The shower area was a bit smaller than usual and the door stops caught my toes more than once, but that would be the only down side I'd say during our trip which is a small inconvenience. Room service was quick and housekeeping was thorough. We definitely are sharing with others to take advantage of the Crown Plaza if staying in Madinah. Our suggestion would be to provide microwaves so food isn't wasted.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and go pray. We were made to wait a few hours by reception for an early check-in, but then the hotel owner himself came, saw us dozing off in the lobby, tired, and sternly warned reception, getting us our room immediately. The hotel owner even pointed out his office, saying to come to him if we had any problems. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are spacious, making it suitable for families. Breakfast is sufficient and filling. We would choose this hotel again.
