*Service:*
Receptionists, housekeeping, and service team are responsive and helpful. Their services meets the expectation of a 4-star hotel. Service may be slower during peak days / hours.
*Parking:*
Small parking space, not quite accesible for elderly or disabled guests.
*Lifts:*
Functions well. Guests need to tap hotel card at the scanner before pushing the floor button.
*Hotel rooms:*
Disappointing.
1. Limited amount of immoble hangers. In our room, only four (4) hangers are available. Where the hangers cannot be removed from the metal rod for easier hanging.
2. Batroom is disasterous. The mobile shower head had its knob removed upon checking in, rendering it unusable. After the knob is fixed, we found out that the shower pipe was defected. Water was leaking all along the pipe instead of from the shower head itself. It was quickly replaced upon filing a complaint to the receptionist
Be careful not to wet the sink counter, as the design makes the excessive water flow dangerously close to the hair dryer.
Close the toilet lid all the time, as the towel rack is positioned directly above the toilet bowl. The flush button is positioned at the left side of the toilet bowl. Push it all the way down then release it immediately to flush.
On the second day of our trip, we could smell the scent of cigarettes and urine coming from the toilet upon returning the room. We had room service and none of the guests smoke. The scent was not there before our departure in the morning. We still don't know where it came from. The scent disappeared on the third day after room service.
3. Only one chair for the room of three. You may want to play music chair to decide who gets to sit.
4. There are some oil stains(?) on the duvet. I'm aware they might have tried thier best to remove it, but the stains do not leave a great impression.
5. On a personal note, there are enough storage space for your belongings int he room. But maybe not the fridge if you're bulk purchasing fresh fruits.
6. Do note that all the headboard backlights are connected to one switch. Thus, no turning off backlight separately.
7. Noise cancelling is non existence. Do expect hearing noises when guests check in / out and baby cries.
8. Alarms will start blaring if you hold down the hotel door handle for too long. I dont know what it's other purpose other than to frighten new guests.
9. The glass door to the balcony was hard to slide open even after unlocking. Maybe it was not well lubricated, or maybe an intentional design to prevent children from opening?
*Breakfast buffet:*
Nasi lemak DIY is a permenant resident at the buffet. The same goes for the majority of other dishes, such as porridge, fun cheong, eggs, pancakes, etc. Everyday, there will only be around 3 - 4 new dishes in the buffet.
The choices of fresh veges are quite limited considering that the hotel is in Cameron Highlands.
It would be a better idea to explore local food outside of the hotel than to come up with a new meal combination from the same dishes every morning.
(The ikan bilis was so salty, I could feel my whole brain shrink just from crunching on one.)
(We found a strain of long hair in the char key teow, none of us had long hair...)
(The fried noodles was wet and soft.)
Warmth n smooth check in n out.. The staff were friendly n helpful..
My 1st time here.. Perfect location, close to all the shops n restaurants.. The hotel itself is beautiful n clean.. I would definitely stay here l again..
Good location, direct access to the beach and sea. Nice sea view, serenity environment in the nightđđż
Spacious room and bed.
Friendly staffs.
Body shampoo smells very nice âșïž
Area to improve:
- aircond noise kindda loud (âquietâ mode of the controller is not functioning), affecting sleeping quality. Visitors may consider turn off the aircond in the night as the temperature near the seaside of not too hot.
- water heater temperature seems not stable, and quite hard to adjust. It would get burning hot or freezing cold unexpectedly.. Visitor better let the water run a while and keep testing before going under the shower.
- hair dryer is the old type ones, airflow is slow compared to the new models. If u hv the concern, may bring ur own hair dryer.
- in-door disposable slippers not provided, may bring ur own if necessary, the walking towards the bathroom is the tiled floor, quite cold if walk on it at the night..
The best thing of this hotel is nice scenery as the room was facing first world hotel.
But, there are still lots to be improved.
First and most importantly is the services. My room utility louver door at corridor was opened during midnight around 3:30am (refer photo 7 & 8) due to strong wind and heavy rain. The door caused âbangâ sound when waked me up and it was so scary to hear âbangâ sound in midnight. I called customer service but nobody came after 20 minutes. Then, I go out to corridor to lock the louver door but the door opened again after a while due to strong wind and loose lock fitting.. I called customer service again but this round intercom line got issue and end up I called using my own HP.. customer service claimed they have resolved âbangâ sound issue by locking the louver door of other rooms.. but I am the one who made the complaint! Finally one house keeping came but he fix the intercom line first but not the Louvre door...
Anyway, is really unpleasant to be disturbed by âbangâ sound in midnight and disappointed with the customer service.
Again, not only my room louver room with lockset problem as I could hear other rooms' bang sound also. I suggest the management shall check and fix all the rooms' corridor louver door lock set problem to prevent this issue from happening again.
One more item can be enhanced is to improve the bathroom heater as the heater is not working and water is cold.
1. Their breakfast is the best! so many variety and u can enjoy a really good full filling breakfast. They even allowed u to bring your coffee to the pool, as it is just next to the dining area.
2. They use salt water for their pool. But their pool is the same floor as the lobby and dining area. So for us, we feel thereâs no privacy.
3. Their room is actually pretty small. Compact. Stuffy i would say. But for some maybe thatâs alright. We prefer a bit more space.
4. Parking can be tricky. Sometimes itâs full. Their parking space is limited so avoid coming during festive seasonđŹ
5. The hotel location is in town. So thatâs alright.
Foodies, donât sleep on this spot!
Most locals eat outside the hotel, but Blossom seriously delivers!
Tried their Mongolian Chicken AND Wok-Fried Beef with Black Pepper â both are absolute bangers !!So flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection!
If youâre into Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-try. Every dish hits different.
And the price? Surprisingly affordable for hotel food!
Bonus tip: If youâre a small family and prefer to dine in your room, this is definitely one of the top options to consider â super convenient and satisfying!
Very nice food at Smokehouse beside pool for dinner.
Ala carte breakfast at The Lodge facing Lawn also very nice. Murtabak and roti telur very nice.
All the fruits at the onsite fruits stall taste really good.
Can buy their cut fruits platter to try different types of fruits.
Overall very nice and resort ambience with plentiful activities for families.
Smooth check in, arrived at 2pm and can immediately check in.my room was just in front of the pool but the water was very cool,I thought it stated it got heated water but not. So my kids don't go swimming there but luckily got a bathtub so they just soak there. The king size bed is quite big but I add on an extra bed also. Btw we're 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 n 5 can also fit a king size bed. We got a horror story then, at 11pm when we were talking suddenly the tv turned on itself,it happened 3 times after we turned off then it got turned on again. At last my husband cabut the plug đ€Ł. What is that haa???? For breakfast they don't have many variants of food ,we want to eat more but don't know what to eat.. the price is quite expensive and I feel it's not worth it. Overall I think this hotel is overpriced given that this is a 5 star hotel we expected more but not really worth it. That's all, I hope the zenith hotel can improve to be better.
I booked one garden chalet and one double bedroom for a 2-night stay with my family. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The food was a major letdownâfried rice was soggy and overly salty. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only one side available to serve 40â50 tables, which led to long waits and poor variety. Monkeys roam freely around the property, and their droppings are scattered along the walkways. Itâs especially unpleasant (and unsafe) to walk around at night due to this. The game room is in bad shape. The snooker table is uneven, all the ping pong balls are deformed, and the children's toys are dirty. The mountain bikes provided are rusty. We also encountered cockroaches, lizards, and other insects hiding under shelvesâevery morning we found dead bugs around the rooms. On a positive note, the swimming pool and beach are beautiful, and the availability of duty-free alcoholic drinks was a nice touch (outside Berjaya resort). The chalet also offered complimentary soft drinks (Coke and Sprite) in the room, which was appreciated. Despite all these issues, the customer service was genuinely good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and tried their best to assist whenever we had concerns.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and quite comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful â they quickly arranged a room change to provide a better view and promptly provided extra blankets when requested, which made my experience even more pleasant. Although the Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day and the laundry service was a bit expensive, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall excellent experience.

CCatherine SeatThe room got rat, the kids fall sleep so we dint ask to change room but come to catch the rat.
Thanks the team come to help us catch the rat. Even the room is sanitised but rat still there.
From the play pool to the beach very far, walking distance need 5min. So we prefer play at the pool as close at 6.45pm sharp.
Restaurant outside is nearer to the beach and easy to clean up also, so we continue beach play after dinner.
Overall the kids like the pool.
AAlinaTan85Best place to stay while at genting, nice view and convenient shuttle bus service.. and also delicious bfast in the morning.. staff were friendly as well đ„°đ«¶đ» will definitely come again
CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.
LLizAzThe hotel location is good as it's in the middle of Brinchang town. We have been given a room facing the Coronation Park, the park big clock is noisy as every hour we can hear the bell sound even though we closed our sliding door. The noises from the main road was irritating too. The toilet and the room cleanliness can be improved. The grouting of the toilet, the soap holder is dirty as well as the toilet dustbin, they throw away the rubbish but not together with the plastic bag. The cleaner will only do your bedsheet, change the towels and put new shampoo & bath soap if asked to make up your room. No free toothbrush, so bring it yourself.
