I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made my trip very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

It’d be nice if they could provide small spoons. But overall the stay I had was amazing. My son loves the pool expcept it’s open air & too sunny and got no shades. I only have 1 pci my son took:

The hotel is well-maintained. Spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in. This is my 4th time staying here. Very close with mall. Very recommended.

1. Their breakfast is the best! so many variety and u can enjoy a really good full filling breakfast. They even allowed u to bring your coffee to the pool, as it is just next to the dining area. 2. They use salt water for their pool. But their pool is the same floor as the lobby and dining area. So for us, we feel there’s no privacy. 3. Their room is actually pretty small. Compact. Stuffy i would say. But for some maybe that’s alright. We prefer a bit more space. 4. Parking can be tricky. Sometimes it’s full. Their parking space is limited so avoid coming during festive season😬 5. The hotel location is in town. So that’s alright.

Good place and valuable for big families. Always my first choice to staying here. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

We stayed here to celebrate my loved one’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a wonderful and memorable stay. The staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor with a beautiful view and a more spacious room, which made the occasion feel even more special. The room was cozy and well-equipped — it had a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and kitchenware, making it perfect even for a long stay. At night, the floor felt a bit cold, so the cushioned slippers provided were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. If I had to mention one small thing, only bath towels were provided, so it would be even better if small towels were available as well. Overall, we were very happy and grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

I really love this place! It’s elegant, classy, and classic, yet also very comfortable. The room and the scenery give off a nice overseas vibe. The price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it’s worth it. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a public park where you can take a walk or do activities with your family. Plus, the hotel is near a 7-Eleven, so you can just walk over to grab food instead of driving if you’re feeling lazy. Overall, I really recommend this place!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is soft and pristine, and the water is crystal clear—perfect for relaxing or swimming. Although the hotel is 45 years old, it's surprisingly well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and everything is kept clean. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed, which adds to the charm. The service and food were decent but nothing to write home about. While the staff were friendly, the service didn’t feel particularly exceptional. The food was okay, but there wasn’t much variety, and it didn’t stand out compared to other places I’ve stayed. Overall, I’d say this hotel is a great option if you're looking for a beautiful location near the beach with decent accommodations. The beach alone makes it worth the stay!

A relatively new and modern hotel compared to other options in Cameron Highlands. Located in the middle of Tanah Rata, it offers great convenience via walking distance to most shops and eateries. A covered walkway is provided just a few steps from the main lobby but take note it's on a steep slope. For those driving, a free covered parking is provided as well. The king size room is spacious enough for a couple. Balcony is also huge, offering a great view of the town and the mountains in the background. However a small outdoor table and couple of chairs would've been perfect here. We are happy with the room on initial impression since everything looks new and clean. However upon more detailed inspection it seems the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. There's several dark mold spot and leftover foam spots on the walls and shower screen. There's also a weird odour (like damp) lingering in the shower area. It seems the provided ventilation is not sufficient, since I only noticed an extraction fan at the toilet bowl area but not the shower area (They are separated). I was also planning to use the kettle on the 2nd day but was shocked to see some rust forming in the spout. Considering this hotel is quite new, the maintanence and upkeeping is a bit concerning. It would be a bit of a shame if no improvement was done considering this hotel is in a great location and it offers a modern interior compared to other options within the area. Service by the staffs are great. No complaints here. There's also in room dining service provided but we didn't bother since it's too overpriced for simple local dishes or even a bottle water (RM11 for a 500ml bottle of water!). We would just walk to the town for cheaper and better options. In the end, I would still consider this hotel for my next stay in Cameron Highlands since it offers a modern interior and convenient location. However the clealiness and detailed upkeeping needs to be improved.
