The price of Angel’s Park hotel is very reasonable even the foods quality are excellent in value. The hotel helped to call taxi to airport picking up renting car and packed sandwich for us for early morning flight. Excellent services!
The room is large, newly opened and very clean. There were people smoking in the hotel and the alarm went off many times at night, affecting my sleep. The breakfast is of group meal standard with few varieties and poor quality.

And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located, next to the city springs. The hotel has a hot common spring and in the room an individual bath and a tap with thermal hot water. Who comes for treatment is very convenient. Cool deep pool. In the mornings they serve Turkish breakfast: vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheeses, omelet, bread, coffee.. from 8 am. In the family room there was a refrigerator and a stove. There were no dishes, but you can ask. The hotel has a cute good-natured little dog. But at night he turns into a formidable guard and barks very menacingly.
Facilities: This hotel was built in 1989. I didn't have high expectations for the facilities, but it was pretty good. As soon as you enter, there are hot springs flowing down from above. The landscape is still very relaxing. There are also two restaurants, and activities are organized at night. You might think that the hotel will have a shuttle bus to the scenic area, but it doesn't. There is no hotel-airport transportation either. Compared with Kappa, the service and facilities are much worse.
Service: Except for the man on the morning of check-out, the other front desk staff are all good. But it also feels obvious that they are understaffed.

The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.
Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, and the airport bus will take a taxi after arriving at the station! The hotel is well equipped and the rooms are very clean!

My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!)
Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other!
Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?!
The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow.
We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed.
I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum.
And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserIt was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party.
Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience.
Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.
