My stay at Apurva Kempinski was overall beyond expectations – a truly impressive property with stunning facilities and a memorable experience
🌟 Dining: The food was a highlight! The dim sum and Japanese selections stood out as exceptional, easily among the best I’ve had in a hotel setting.
🌟 Facilities: The hotel offers a wide range of top-notch facilities, adding to the sense of luxury. The only downside was the spa experience – it felt a little underwhelming and not quite at the standard of the rest of the hotel.
🌟 Service: Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and personal. That said, a few team members seemed less attentive, which created some inconsistency in service.
A beautiful property that goes above and beyond in many areas, especially food and atmosphere. With a bit more refinement in the spa and service consistency, it could easily be flawless.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Bali with our parents and children. It turned out to be one of the most family-friendly resorts we’ve ever experienced.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable, it is just right opposite Kuta Beach and just steps away from plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. It made getting around with kids so convenient whether for beach time, meals, or a short stroll to explore.
The highlight for our children was definitely the pool area, it’s massive with shallow sections and splash zones perfect for younger kids. The waterslides and play area kept them entertained for hours.
One of the surprises we loved was the complimentary family photo shoot, such a thoughtful way to capture memories of our trip!
Before we left Bali, we were also treated to complimentary drinks at the Hard Rock Café in the airport

It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities.
Very friendly/polite workers.
They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness).
They gave fruit platter in room.
I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely.
Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water.
The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips.
They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan.
Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty.
The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all.
Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic.
Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it.
I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.

One of the best vacation beach hotels I experienced.
Room was spacious, clean, with safety box and balcony... The swimming pool was great - sun tanning/ protection lotion provided - subject to availability 😀
The hotel was just some 100 metres to the beach, walkable distance to Beachwalk shopping mall, Waterbom, and there were many restaurants, bars, and massage around. Round the corner was the busiest district with shopping, eating, or just walking😄
What impressed me the most was, every single servicing staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
** there was a very cheap laundry shop in the hallway to the hotel. 😃

Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is seriously a gem!It is a great spot for those wanting a blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The rooms are modern and spacious, with kitchens that make longer stays more comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pool area is a nice place to relax after a day exploring. There’s also a cool cafe on-site, and you’re close to plenty of restaurants and shops in Berawa, so you won’t run out of things to do. If you’re looking for a chill yet stylish place in Bali, it’s definitely worth considering.🥰

Location of the hotel is great, 10 mins walk to Atlas & Finn’s as well as the beach. There are also eateries nearby or just a short bike ride away.
For the price point will recommend, just that the pool that came with our room wasn’t the cleanest so we didn’t use it.
Service from the staff was also excellent.
The pool at level 6 is more of a dipping pool and there is a gym located at the basement but it’s just okay.

The location is excellent—just 200–300 meters from the airport, which makes it perfect for a short 1–2 day stay while waiting for a flight. The free airport shuttle is a big plus. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety.
However, the room is quite small, so it may not be ideal for a longer stay. Cleanliness was generally fine, though the towels had clearly lost their original whiteness. The biggest downside was the soundproofing—I could hear everything: neighbors, people walking in the hallway, even conversations outside in the courtyard. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this might not be the best option.

This hotel is located between the international and domestic sections of Bali Airport. It's about a 10-minute walk from international arrivals. It's a great option for an overnight stay, especially if you have a late-night connecting flight. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing. The breakfast spread was extensive. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting.

A Wonderful Experience at Rimba Hotel
As a returning guest for the third time, I cannot thank the manager, Anom Kardiana enough for the wonderful arrangements he made, especially securing a room with the best view of the hotel. Each visit feels like a homecoming.
The housekeeping service is truly exceptional; I was delighted to find surprise toys waiting for me upon my return to my room, and the staff consistently kept everything tidy and clean. The beautiful swimming pools are well-maintained, and I appreciate the absence of mosquitoes in the surrounding forest—it's truly an extraordinary experience.
The quality of the dining options is outstanding, particularly at DAVA Steakhouse and Scusa Restaurant, where the live music and talented singers added to the ambiance. I also enjoyed the new After Rock Bar, which features fantastic DJ music.
Highly recommended!
Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay.

Very Good
JJanenysurvivorThe room itself is very nice! All the facilities and amenity are provided, very convenient. Close to the beach able to walk directly! Beachfront is black sand, so niceee. There is the renovation going on, but that thing doesn’t bother me. The thing is when they do the renovation and they need to keep the stuff away from the room, I don’t know how they keep the pillows, all four pillows had a musty smell, and we had to call housekeeping to replace them during the night. This has to be improved.
EEstheWe had a wonderful stay at The Holiday Inn. Conveniently located close to the airport (25min). Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a variety of western and Balinese food. The staff were all incredibly kind - they took the extra step by learning our names!

AAbz PHilton Bali Resort offers a stunning cliffside location with breathtaking ocean views, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The lush grounds, scenic setting, and access to a private beach add to the overall charm. Rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies that let you soak in the incredible surroundings. While the resort does not offer halal food, there are decent vegetarian options available at several of the on-site restaurants, which helped accommodate dietary needs.
Staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, enhancing the experience. The facilities—including the pools, spa, and kids’ area—are well-maintained and add to the resort’s appeal. Though food choices for certain dietary restrictions could be improved, the atmosphere, service, and location more than make up for it.
Overall, Hilton Bali is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and luxurious environment with unbeatable views.
GGuest UserWalking distance to massage and food options. Nice beach area which is good as people reserve the sun beds from sunrise. Breakfast has a good variety and room service is reasonably priced. A bit ‘resorty’ but has everything you want and great for the price
GGuest Userthis hotel is very budget and better than some five-star hotels, very clean room, super view from the window, friendly staff, nice pool. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I really liked the location of the air conditioner, it does not blow on your head and there is no dampness in the room, this is a real salvation in Bali!
Breakfasts are normal, for such a price I would even say excellent!
AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth. Staffs were friendly.
Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.
Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.
GGuest UserAll hotel staff were tripping themselves to provide good service. From the doorman to reception to room attendant to waiters/ waitresses everyone went out of their way to provide the best stay possible. Never had any staff stopped tp greet or say hello whenever we passed by. The location of the resort also played a part in our choice. Close to seafood restaurants and essential amenities. The grounds were immaculate and was constantly attended to by an army of gardeners. We had nothing bad to say about our stay in the Intercon. There were a few hiccups like the light switches not working well and the air-conditioning not particularly cold. But this was to be expected considering the age of the resort. All in all the best value for money. Highly recommended and we will stay again.
JJovian CaesarThe room was spacious and had all the simple amenities a couple would need. Since it’s close to nature, you might see a frog or lizard occasionally, something to consider if you’re uncomfortable with that. For us, it wasn’t a problem (back to nature, lol).
Breakfast was totally worth it, great portion, high quality, and the restaurant team was very attentive. Kudos to them!
Lastly, big appreciation to the housekeeping team at The Royal Purnama. It’s not easy to keep the villa spotless, especially with strong Bali winds and the seaside location.
