The room was decent, the soap and shower gel were good. There is a shuttle, but you need to book in advance, and it is provided at a fixed time, not on call. The quality of service depends entirely on the attitude of the front desk staff. Some are very good, while others are very average and not very friendly. But it is still reliable. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport.
The hotel is great, just across the street from Disney, a 10-minute walk. The lobby bar downstairs is very convenient for drinking coffee and beer. There are also high-end steakhouses and many affordable restaurant options nearby.
Mexico is close to the border, this is the closest resort, the environment is very good, the food is really great.
And in the middle of the night, I want to party in the hotel, don’t worry about danger.
Room was spacious. Hotel was located very close to borders and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Traffic wasn't very good as there is only one way to get in and out of hotel so depending on time of day, it might take extra time to get into or out of hotel.
Disadvantages: This hotel is in the city center, the traffic volume is relatively large nearby, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal. Another point is that this hotel does not provide breakfast (it is a high-class hotel nearby, after all, the accommodation fee is so high) Advantages: Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to the airport and long-distance bus station. The best place to enjoy the lively, diagonally opposite the hotel is a well-known RIO shopping plaza, which has Adi Nike stores, well-known cosmetics stores, Apple stores, etc., a small partner who knows Spanish, about a Mexican girl. In the Spanish-style love movie (about), there is a Starbucks coffee shop under the hotel. You can have a cup of matcha star ice music (personal preference) in the afternoon. If you can’t sleep at night, you can also think of your sister. Come to the small bar next to the hotel lobby for a drink, and have a good night's sleep. Maybe there will be an affair in your dreams. Last reminder: Tijuana is a relatively bad border city in Mexico (the murder rate of drug abuse is high), so nothing to run around.

Since my wife and I arrived, the treatment was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! The rooms are very comfortable (eye, they do not have a blanket, but we did not request any either) The stay is highly recommended, and wl breakfast Uff!

AAmei2956The price is super high, the USB charger interface is available, and there is an ironing board! But Friday and Saturday prices are more expensive! The dining area on the top floor of the hotel is very beautiful. If the hotel includes breakfast, it will be more perfect? I look forward to the hotel improving when I come out on a business trip next time and will continue to care!
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked.
Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!
GGuest UserMy son and I had a quick stopover on our way from Tijuana airport to San Diego airport, and this was just right. We checked in late, after 11pm, and the front desk was open and able to help us. A light breakfast of fruit, toast with butter and jam and coffee and juice were included, and my son got eggs with chorizo for a few dollars more. Our room was spacious and stylish with a smallish TV with some TV in English. The room did not have drinking water, so I went to Oxxo for a large bottle of water and some snacks, and did not have any trouble on the short walk. There was a ten dollar deposit that I got back when we checked out. The hotel had a van and driver available to go to the airport for $5. We were non the second floor and used the elevator, and there were some steps to our room and inside the room. The shower was nice and clean, as was the room. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were kind and courteous. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from Tijuana airport.
LLililemon988The hotel is located in the city, close to the city center. The appearance and room decoration are good, but you can't appreciate it carefully. The bed is very soft and easy to sink into. The water in the wash basin easily overflows and wets clothes. There is no hair dryer, you need to ask the front desk. The bed sheets are not clean. After communicating with Ctrip, the hotel said that the check-out will be delayed to 3 o'clock. Thank you for Ctrip's assistance
刘刘Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.
GGuest UserThis is my second trip to the hotel California. Both time have been an excellent experience. The front lobby is clean and the staff is polite. The have a coffee shop with pastries on site. The have a restaurant that serves good food. Above the restaurant is a full bar. All the staff is great! 👌🏼 I had clean towels and bedding everyday of my stay. the showers are hot the entire time. I would recommend this to anyone heading to Los Algodones. Thank you for the great experience on my adventures!✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
JJamesThe Hotel is good, but compared to Hotel next Door this is way below. the room is good, the front office service is very bad, the bathrooms are very small and floor is dirty.
The location is amazing, it s in the Centre of the walking street, on Sunday they have events on the road and they block the road ,its good and can have nice time in the nights, with lots of music and god activity, lots of shops restaurant etc.
if there is no rooms available in other hotel i will sure stay here.
