The hotel is large and clean. The view from the window is average. But it is very close to the port and a good beach. The metro and stop are also a 3-minute walk away. There was not enough kettle in the kitchen. And a kitchen towel with sponges for washing dishes. There is also a closet, but no hangers. The apartments are small, but everything is there. The pool was closed at the beginning of April. Downstairs there are lounges with coffee machines and board games. There is a gym
Located in the furniture outlet area, the place is comfortable and clean, there is a balcony to see the stars, it is very quiet at night, there is a supermarket next to it is very convenient, we are good to get in and out of the chartered car, but it is more difficult to take the bus, the whole is good, there is a feeling of home 😊👍🏻🌹
Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants.
The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels.
The breakfast and staff serving were excellent.
Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome.
Very happy and would visit anytime again.
The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super.
Alot of effort put in.
Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day.
The crowd was lively.

Hotel 150 meters from the metro and/or bus, and therefore quickly in the center of Valencia. Breakfast tried once but I didn't think it was worth €9.50. There is a great breakfast/lunchroom around the corner. Swimming pool you need a bathing cap ;) beds nice sanitary facilities great hygiene is top!
You can park your car reasonably in front of the door, there is a paid parking garage.
Nice location with two shopping centres just next. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast included and have all you need. Outdoor swimming pool is great. You can hear some noise from the road at night unfortunately, need to improve the windows noise prevention.
Spa facilities are satisfactory but not really clean.
The room is moderately spacious and well-equipped. The front desk service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, the front desk saw the child coming back wet from the beach and took him to the shower room to wash.
Excellent location, delicious breakfast! Staff so polite and helpful, we were really enjoyed stay in this Hotel.
All Important locations are not more then 15 min walk.

GGuest UserOne of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!
VViajero por sorpresaThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. More than a valid hotel to rest and asse*** during the stay at the Grao de Castellón
GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!
GGuest UserStayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.
JJon AV Contractors UKVery nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice.
Hotel is near the beach
We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices.
All round a hood 2 - 3 star hotel
MMiukacheLocated in a quiet neighbourhood the hotel is just a 15 min walk into the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach. Excellent bath tub, Korres toiletries, comfy bed, great variety of food for breakfast and super attentive staff. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and a rooftop swimming pool.

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
