Me and my wife were travelling back from United Kingdom so we decided to stay at this hotel.The staff truly make the hotel what it is friendly professional and genuinely caring.we also thoroughly enjoyed the Breakfast in the morning,which was a perfect way to start the day.

The room was good, just a standard twin. There's a bellhop on the first floor to help with luggage, which is nice, but the front desk being on the fourth floor is a bit inconvenient. The room was quiet and soundproofed well, though the air conditioning was a little noisy, even if it worked perfectly. Housekeeping was good too, with daily service. Just a heads-up: laundry service is only available before 10 AM, and clothes are returned by 7 PM. If you drop off laundry between 10 AM and 12 PM, there's a 50% surcharge, and after 12 PM, it's 100%.

1. I had a pleasant stay at Royal Swiss hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. 2. Royal Swiss hotel was a good choice for my trip. Check-in was quick, the facilities were well maintained, and I had a relaxing stay overall. 3. I enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere was quiet, the room was tidy, and everything I needed was available during my visit. 4. The hotel offered good value for the price. Location of the hotel is excellent it is on mall next to Governor house. Front desk or hotel reception staff is well mannered & polite. They really know how to handle work load. I am not happy with room. I stayed two times for two days last week for my business trip & three times for three days this week. Hotel rooms need to be upgraded. Breakfast time ends at 10:30 but staff didn’t noticed that people who seated before that time needs food and staff just taking food away so quickly. That is not 5 stars hotel standards. Bedsheet was ripped picture is attached If hotel will contact me I can provide hotel room number as well. So I am disappointed. Staff on reception was good. I will give them 5 stars But this hotel need big improvement.

Stayed with my family, including a 3-year-old child, and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel offers plenty of activities and entertainment to keep everyone busy. One of the highlights was the live musical evening held daily from 8 PM to 11 PM, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The dinner buffet is served on the outdoor lawns, which is a beautiful setting, especially in the pleasant weather. Breakfast, however, could be improved with more variety and better quality. Service was a little slow at times, but this was understandable given the large number of guests during our stay. For families with young children, the hotel is an excellent choice. There is a dedicated kids' play area, horse-riding facilities, and plenty of open space for children to enjoy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.

I stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Sialkot for one night and was genuinely impressed. The experience was far beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including hand and bath towels, comb, soap, shampoo and complimentary hotel slippers. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always available to assist whenever needed. A special mention to the Front Office and Concierge team — they were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace to anyone visiting Sialkot, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

amenities can be improved. frequent short power outages observed at different times during the stay. soap and shampoo bottles were way too old and a hassle to pump. finding the light switch and dimmer was a real struggle. housekeeping was slow and had to be reminded twice to make up the room.

Impressed by Receptionist Aqsa way of handling checkin or check out situations and all other stuff was good

The service is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. There's a mosque right in front, so it can be a bit noisy during morning prayers at 5:30 AM.
