The owner was very helpful, she spoke very good English and gave tips for the city. The hotel was very conveniently located, right at exit C of Hongxing Bridge station of metro line 3, where the owner picked us up and showed us to our room. Breakfast was brought to our room at a requested time each day, which was very convenient. The room was also nice and well designed, with a good view of Chengdu. We highly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Chengdu and if we ever return, we will stay here again. :)

During our trip to Chengdu for tourism, the hotel provided a very nice room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Lady Bellflower tea served in the lobby was delicious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options with amazing flavors! The room was also very clean, and there were two elevators that made it easy to get around. This hotel is highly recommended, and I want to give a shoutout to the staff for their excellent service.

Perched at No.20 Shuwa North 3rd Street in Jinjiang District, this boutique haven nails it all. Spotless clean !! Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium. Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

It’s been a week since I drove here. This hotel is the most satisfactory I have ever stayed in. There is a tram station downstairs. The surrounding environment is good, the room is large, the hygiene is good, and the staff are enthusiastic, especially Miss Zhao at the front desk, who provided a lot of help Help, thank you very much.

I recently spent four nights at Louise Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The service stood out from the very beginning; staff members were consistently helpful, accommodating, friendly, and polite, which created a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. My room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. One of the highlights was having my own private pool, which added a luxurious and relaxing touch to the stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for restful nights, and the amenities provided were of great quality. While the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The location is not as central as I would have preferred, meaning I had to travel a bit to reach restaurants and shopping areas. In addition, breakfast was not included, so I was unable to enjoy it at the hotel and had to rely on takeout. Despite these small issues, Louise Hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers remarkable service, affordable rates, and modern, comfortable rooms that make it an outstanding choice for travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective yet memorable hotel experience.

One of the rare 4 star hotels where you have a 2 in 1 laundry/dryer machine in your hotel. You actually get what you pay for, compared to some of the other 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve been to (room type dependant). I will be rebooking this hotel whenever I come back to Chengdu for the foreseeable future, literally because of the laundry machine. Every other service is top notch, hotel is in a great location. Well done to the team.

Location: nearby have many stores and food 15mins walk can reach IFS Surprisingly that have washing machines able to use. They upgraded our Room and was clean each time we head out. Bed was comfortable is a massage bed. One things that I would like to feedback my last two days in the hotel, was the AC in the room. They adjusted the whole building due to weather , somehow it affect that experience in the room. But I would like to say that also they tried to find fan for us to put in the room.

LOCATION is super good. Within couple of minutes to Taikooli, which has lots of shops including a big supermarket and plenty of eateries. Also within walking distance to Chunxi and IFS. APARTMENT is big and spacious and good for at least 4 pax (mine was a 2-bedroom Japanese-style apartment). Very aesthetic and IG-worthy at every corner of the apartment. View from room was amazing. Although looks old from outside, it is actually nice and clean within. Comes with kitchenette with fridge etc, washer, 1 bathroom cum toilet and 1 separate bath outside (open concept). There's a big screen wigh projector to watch movies in the living room. There's even a fireplace with logs! Free bottled water every day and you can request for daily housekeeping at your preferred timings. OTHERS: There are 2 mini marts within the building, it's easy to get ******* delivery. Convenient to get Didi. A few cafes and quaint boutiques, roadside food stslls and street vendors just outside the apartment building. Communication woth the apartment staff via WeChat was seamless as their responses were always prompt. Overall, highly recommended!
