Highly recommended! The room was very clean, and the shower had great water pressure. No need to bring your own toiletries as the hotel's products are excellent – I'm even searching for them to buy! I had a very comfortable stay. The laundry service was super convenient. The breakfast selection is worth mentioning; it's very rich. I loved the beef and chicken noodle soup, bread, and more. I had Vietnamese pho every day for a week 🍜. Coming back to the hotel after a long day to have dinner was a great choice. The steak was delicious, and the chicken vermicelli I ordered separately was also tasty, served with freshly fried dough sticks 💯. You can even order room service. There's a Vincom shopping mall right next to the hotel with a supermarket, various restaurants, and a Starbucks. Personally, I think it's a great place 👌.

The room wasn't new, but thankfully it was clean, and the front desk staff could communicate in basic Chinese. It was strange, though, that the price for one night on Trip.com seemed to be listed incorrectly, so I had to make two separate bookings. However, they unified the room type for me upon check-in, which was quite good. The noodles at breakfast were also nice.

I am staying on the eighth floor of the hotel, and I would like to raise a concern about the noise and the way some staff members are working in the corridor. This morning, September 5, from around 7:30 a.m. until a little after 8:00 a.m., several staff members were repeatedly walking back and forth in the hallway and talking loudly. I found this quite unusual and disruptive, especially so early in the morning, when many guests may still be sleeping or resting. Also, on the previous two nights, at around 11:00 p.m. or even midnight, I repeatedly heard doors being pushed, opened, and closed in the corridor. I understand that hotel staff have their own work to do, and I respect the local culture and working practices. However, I am not familiar with the local customs, so I am wondering whether staff could be more mindful of the quiet hours and try to avoid unnecessary noise after 11:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could look into this and help maintain a quieter environment for guests.

The hotel has a warm color scheme, and the rooms are clean. Most of the front desk staff speak Chinese, giving it a real vacation vibe. It's perfect for those who appreciate simplicity and tranquility. Its location in the center of Phnom Penh makes getting around very convenient.

Nice Stay, close to a few chinese restaurants, the bbq restaurant is really good. The only issue I had is when they gave me water bottles that were 3/4 full (someone already drank in it). Just have an eye on this.

I frequently travel to Beining for business, and I found this hotel to be quite good. It was clean, the towels even smelled nice, and the receptionist spoke excellent Chinese.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel was great. It's convenient for dining around, and transportation is also very accessible. The staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service; they spoke both Chinese and Korean, so communication was absolutely seamless. A special thanks to Anna for her warm help; my stay was very pleasant.

I was on a two-week business trip to Vietnam when I came across this Chinese hotel in a video. This hotel even offers airport shuttle service. I arrived in Vietnam in the early morning, and the staff were still helping me arrange transportation. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and odor-free! It was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. I've stayed in many high-end hotels in China, but this hotel was just as good. The bedding, toiletries, slippers, and pillows were all imported from China, according to the staff. What attracted me most was the hotel's three meals a day – unlimited Chinese food! It was so satisfying to eat here in Vietnam! It's also very close to Foxconn, so I could sleep in a little longer each day during my two-week business trip there. The receptionist also helped arrange transportation, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bac Ninh for business.

The hotel is clean and close to the square, in a bustling area which is very convenient for business trips. Also, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and helpful when I needed assistance.
