However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks.
