If commits 30 minutes, it may take 1 to 2 hours, even can forget to respond back to requests. Hotel staffs do not know the manners of 5 star hotel. Overall experience is not good.
This hotel is the luxury one in Cox's bazar, the staffs are great, the room is clean and very comfortable. The hotel locates in the good location. You can also call for picking up van for free. The breakfast are delicious.
It’s okay to have a morning meal. If you travel early, you can have breakfast alone. It's just bread and simple pastries. The doorman and waiter are good. But there is no kettle in the room

However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status.
Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response.

However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. AAnonymous UserNice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.
