Staying at this guesthouse, I was completely blown away by their 'beyond expectations' service! From the moment we arrived, with staff proactively helping with our luggage and giving detailed explanations of the local area, to their incredibly prompt response to any request during our stay, every single detail truly showed how much they cared. When I needed a charging cable last minute, the front desk not only promptly delivered one, but also thoughtfully included a portable version for me to take out. Later that evening, I casually mentioned wanting a hot drink, and within minutes, they delivered two cups of freshly brewed herbal tea, perfectly warm. This kind of service, which feels so effortless yet is incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every detail, made me feel more at home than any luxurious decor ever could. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who values a truly exceptional experience. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The room type I stayed in was slightly different from the pictures, but the view was excellent; I could see the main scenery right outside the window. Pros: There's a bellboy service, a shuttle, and they thoughtfully gifted a local specialty, a 'fairy fruit,' upon check-in. Any requests during my stay were promptly addressed. Cons: The room was small, and the water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. The shuttle also took a long time to arrive. Summary: If you plan to explore the scenic area at a leisurely pace and aren't in a rush to leave, I'd still recommend staying here.

Staying at Duden is really a good choice. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The service is very good. There is a pick-up and drop-off service at the station. They pick you up in a luxury car. It's a real home away from home. The breakfast is also very rich. The champagne in the room is really romantic. I will stay here again next time.

Self-driving passing Ganzhou , not far from the high speed, the location is a bit remote, there are not many restaurants around, there is Wanda Plaza within 3 kilometers, it is more convenient to eat and drink, the hotel has a parking lot, the room is spacious and bright, and the service is not bad.

We spent a wonderful couple’s weekend here and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless and came with a breathtaking view. Be prepared to do a fair amount of walking up and down (your legs will definitely notice it), but every step is rewarded with incredible scenery. In the morning, the place feels almost like a private paradise, with very few people around and a calm, magical atmosphere. By the evening, things get busier — the crowds arrive, but so do the lanterns, lights, and reflections that turn the valley into something out of a fairytale. There’s also a small pool, perfect for relaxing after exploring, and a gym open from 9am to 9pm. Training there in the evening, surrounded by the glow of lanterns, adds a surprisingly magical touch to a workout. All in all, it’s the kind of place that makes you both tired and happy at the same time — the best kind of travel memory. Highly recommended for couples who want a mix of romance, nature, and a little adventure.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is hearty, and the value for money is excellent. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. Annie at the front desk even gave us a small gift. The service was excellent. The auntie cleaned the room very carefully and thoroughly. I was very satisfied.

Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring impressive high ceilings (around 4-5 meters), and it was wonderfully quiet. The package included either lunch or dinner, which was more than enough for 2-3 people, and the food was delicious. The butler service was exceptionally attentive; they offered great recommendations for local attractions and proactively asked about our toiletries needs. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, with a distinctly artistic and cultured feel. The facilities were also quite good, featuring a swimming pool and a garden, and it even had direct access to a nearby attraction.

It's my first time staying in this hotel. I came with my family. We chose a king-size bed room. The room is very big. The bed is 1.8 meters long. It's okay to jump around. It's really worth it for you to come to this hotel. I have tried it for you. It's really good.
