I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia.
The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do.
The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.
This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it.
Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand.
Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.
The room was great, although I didn't get a river view room; it faced the parking lot instead. But as soon as I entered, I saw the complimentary water, which was a nice touch. Just one minor thing: the wine glasses were particularly dirty, with many stains on them. This could use some improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.
Conveniently situated only 5 min drive from York St (Albany City Centre). My room was very spacious and well equipped with a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, which were very practical. The windows were difficult to open/close and one did not close properly. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly.
Great location and is just a 3 min walk to Busselton Jetty. Rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities. The breakfast buffet selection was rather limited and I'd recommend heading across the road to Shelter or The Goose for breakfast.

I was very happy with the room, much better than Ibis, though its location isn't as good. The hotel also provides two complimentary bottles of milk daily, and the staff are all very polite. Definitely avoid taking the subway to the station the hotel recommends; it's a long walk through a quiet area. I suggest going to Perth station first and then transferring to bus 910.
The is very spacious. The king bed is big and comfortable. It's well maintained all the wall and ceilings are clean and looks new. Have coffee capsule machine and all standard stuff from every hotel provided. The best is the balcony with the vine view. And the bonus point is having kangaroos hanging around the golf resort even in front of your balcony area. Location wise is 30 mins away from the city. But, it's a good place to relax.

Facilities: Decent, but they provide disposable toothbrushes without toothpaste.
Cleanliness: Could be better; there were grease stains on the curtains.
Environment: Very close to the river, and the indoor environment is also good.
Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. However, it's been three days and my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I'm also unsure how much they've deducted. It's unsettling.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. There was daily housekeeping. The bathroom doesn’t have much except a hairdryer. The hotel staff was also very friendly and attended to us. Facilities were good, there’s a swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, but it's a 15-minute walk to Perth Station. If you don't like walking, I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble finding food. As for service, it really depends on which front desk staff you encounter. Out of the three I met, one had a very indifferent, poker-faced attitude throughout, while another was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and even slowed down their speech for us as foreigners. So, it's hard to judge the service consistently. However, the hardware facilities are quite basic. You have to insert your room card into a slot, wait for it to turn green, and then pull it out before you can press the elevator or open the door. It seems like a very old-fashioned and inconvenient design.
GgeorginaxoxoThe room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close.
The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night.
An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.
TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night...
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark.
We did not have any meals at the hotel.
What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying.
I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA.
Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.
MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.
GGuest UserPerth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service
My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall!
Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use.
Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier.
Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle.
Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

Very Good
BBeiernapuwanganshiThe environment is great, with Kings Park just a climb away, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The whole place is quite spacious and very clean, with kitchenware, dishes, a dishwasher, and a fridge. I recommend staying here; the surrounding area is really nice.
Yyzc001The lobby and rooms were pretty standard. On the plus side, it had two king-sized beds, which was great for traveling with kids, and the location is right in the city center. Parking across the street is A$30 a day, but you need to get a special parking ticket from the hotel staff first to insert into the boom gate. Finding the parking entrance can be a bit tricky: drive out of the hotel, turn left at the corner, then turn left again at the next intersection, and the parking lot entrance is on the left at the first traffic light. If you park at the hotel's own parking, it's A$45 a day and includes valet service. For breakfast, if adults dine, children eat free. Book with the front desk for A$27 per person, which is a bit cheaper than the usual A$33. Only two bottles of water are provided, so if you're staying for many days, you'll need to get your own water from the dispenser in the lobby.
LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
