Very comfortable, clean room, well equipped, there is everything necessary to stop for a few days. The location of the hotel is beautiful: close to the center, railway and bus station. It is located on the central street with numerous shops and bars. I recommend!

Nice hotel , everything new and modern , super comfortable and large bed , very beautiful bathroom , abundant and excellent breakfast , very close to the museum that I suggest to visit , and at less than 1 km walk you reach the center , I advise you this beautiful hotel for who wants to stay in Trento

It should be a relatively old four-star hotel in the area, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The bus station ticket office is 200 meters away from the train station. The whole town is not big, and there are delicious German restaurants and ice cream shops in the central city. There is a swimming pool downstairs in the hotel, and the hotel restaurant has a large courtyard. Many people eat at night. There are many breakfast options, and I drink delicious cappuccino.

Very courteous and helpful staff, wide choice for breakfast and the buffet constantly replenished, room suited to our needs, we stayed for 3 nights, for a trip out of town, during the day we were out and in the evening we returned to the hotel, a little The heating temperature is high, well cleaned. Located near the Rovereto Sud motorway exit, 20 minutes from Riva Del Garda and 30 minutes from Trento.

Over rated hotel. Not worth the 500 euros per night. Could easily find a hotel for less. Also when booking on this site, the algorithm booked my room for one month sooner. It was absolute hell getting this straightened out and charged me an additional 300 euro. So be wary!!!!

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.

Hotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience. One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it. Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow. Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere. This hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.
