Hotel is in the best location walking distance to all shops and old city. Hotel itself is great staff are friendly and helpful. Had no problems at all throughout my stay this was my first time in Antalya, if I was to visit again, I would definitely be staying in this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Tea/coffee in room with mini bar. Iron in the room Gym/suna/indoor pool available to use at your own ease.

The location is very good, close to the beach, not far from the old town and the city center. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety. The room facilities are complete, the only drawback is that the room is a bit small, and the standard room with sea view we booked has pillars. The luggage cannot be spread out.

Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate. The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though. The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in. We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room. Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs. The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper. Overall, great location but needs better service.

Since our flight was rescheduled, we had to urgently look for a place to spend the night, we found the nearest hotel and were happy! The administrator helped with all the questions of interest and even helped to order a taxi back to the airport very quickly! Thank you very much!

We have stayed at this hotel before and returned a second time because it is so fantastic in every way, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff come in every day, the mini bar and tea making facilities are topped up every day, the food in the main restaurant is excellent and plentiful, the bar drinks menu is so generous and the service is brilliant plus there is entertainment every night, the hotel is perfectly located for the beach and the Antalya Aquarium and the Archaeological Museum are a must to visit and are a very short distance by taxi, the taxi rank is literally just over the road from the reception entrance and taxi fares are all metered and extremely good value for money.

Beautiful sea view & value for money. Only fault line is the lazy restaurant staffs during breakfast. Both staffs sat down to chat & left tables uncleared of dirty crockeries…when clearing tables, just left whatever unused cutleries on table instead of setting new set of tableware. Very unhygienic!

The hotel has undergone cosmetic repairs. I remember how they ”pounded” it on me during my last visit. Apart from the location of the hotel, which cannot be changed, what I liked was the same comfortable bed, very friendly staff, good room cleaning (on my days, a woman worked there whom I have seen for many years, she consistently cleans quickly and well!), breakfasts were again in the main restaurant, after the renovation was completed - everything was very good! Of the minuses - after the renovation, the bathtubs were dismantled, now there are showers everywhere. A separate minus is the quality of the installation of the glass screen: the doors on three eccentrics could have been straightened out. The door glass is warped, I was afraid that it would crack from the stress, this door did not move freely, I tried to close it unsuccessfully, but decided not to touch it, it did not flood much. In the toilet, the flush mechanism refused to return to its original position without removing the flush button panel and manual adjustment. The first time happened at night - the water did not stop flowing. Understanding how to stop it, I did not call the reception, removed the button panel and stopped it manually. In the afternoon I saw a worker, explained the situation, he suggested contacting the reception. I didn't! It's not difficult, but I wanted to spend two days at the hotel on something pleasant, and not on replacing the fittings of the drain tank in my presence. The flush mechanism itself is covered with black fungus - it's all under the flush panel and you won't see it. The hotel should pay more serious attention to the mechanical and hygienic serviceability of the engineering, even its hidden parts! Sorry, but I wash my intimate places while waiting for the water to be safe. Finally, go over the inside of the toilet drain fittings with bleach! A separate pain is the electrical outlets. Cosmetic repairs allowed us to replace the carpet and dismantle the bathtubs, but did not add a single outlet. Two free outlets in the room, but not by the bed, one in the bathroom. The TV remote does not turn off the TV, I had to get up and pull the plug out of the outlet. A little confusion about the top floor with a beautiful view - it is dead, and the best view of the sea is occupied by the corner smoking room behind the kitchen! I don't understand this at all.

Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock.

Heaven on earth. One of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. Can’t fault anything about this beautiful hotel. Would love to go back one day. If you are thinking of booking please do not hesitate.

A great hotel for its budget, new stylish rooms, a beautiful cozy setting in the Hall and restaurant. This balcony had side walls, so when the sun goes down you can sit privately on the balcony. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food, such as mixed seafood. There is a small cozy pool on the roof. I didn’t use the pool, because I think that tourist pools should be used by children and women. The beach is within walking distance. It was my first time staying but I liked the hotel and I will stay again

The hotel room is very modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly and reliable. In the evening there is a la carte food, freshly prepared by the chef and delicious. I was very satisfied

First time in Kemer and so glad found this little gem! small family run hotel in lovely setting in residential area away from loud large hotels yet close at centre . Spacious newly refurbished small Ottoman style hotel, large clean room, great pool and spacious seating/communal areas. Excellent Turkish buffet b’fast with lot of choice. Erkan and other staff super friendly and helpful and a group of resident cats and turtles add to the relaxed ambience! Will definetely stay here if return to Kemer.

We traveled by car and stayed for only one day to chat with friends who came to Nirvana for 9 days. There is a huge parking lot with awnings from the sun for cars, check-in and check-out is free, without any parking tickets or cards. The reception assistant connected wi-fi, explained where everything is. We did not go to the ala carte restaurants, but the main restaurant also has very decent cuisine, an abundance of cheeses, fish, grilled dishes, delicious fruits and desserts. The children really appreciated the shrimp on skewers and the Starbucks coffee shop right on the premises. For lovers of elite alcohol, there is also where to roam - a large selection of single malt whiskeys, including aged ones, delicious cocktails from original ingredients, beautiful presentation. The hotel was completely full at the time of our visit (09/26/2024), but there were no queues anywhere, there were free sun loungers, free seats in the restaurant at any time. The territory itself is not just well-groomed, but ”licked”, so clean and beautiful, not a single dried flower, all blades of grass are the same height. Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway). We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!
