Really enjoyed my stay at The Imperial Hotel Blackpol , my 2nd visit within a year. Rooms and food are great quality, very friendly staff, going to names drop 'George' what a pleasant professional gentleman, dedicated to help all residents with any queries.

Hotel was spectacular, bed was really comfy. The customer service was outstanding i woukd recommended to anyone and i would definitely stay again

This hotel wasn't bad for the price but they definitely need more heating in the room with the bathroom freezing and only one plug socket, the breakfast was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful but it definitely needs money spending on it to improve the rooms

It's a little far from Blavkpool North Station in the center of town, but it's close by bus or train. The Blackpool Grand Hotel is a very large hotel and very easy to find, so I thought it was a safe hotel for beginners. The front desk staff are always on standby, so I thought it was a very safe hotel.

Firstly this isn’t a hotel. It’s a pub with rooms, which are tired and need a refurb ( bath chipped and rusty, toilet cracked and I mean toilet not seat ) evening meal in pub it’s self good and staff good. Prices reasonable. Pub Toilets not big enough given size of restaurant/ lodging/ and the fact that camper van/ motor homes  can park on the car park overnight  and use facilities. Buffet Breakfast poor and trailered more to the motor home guest’s who only pay £15 a night to stay which includes breakfast. My advice get in early if you want best choice. 

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

The place is old and has seen better days. Most Britannia hotels are like this, but I like the old-fashioned buildings. Our room was clean, breakfast was lovely and most staff were friendly. The bingo should have been in the adults only bar, as there was far too much noise and human traffic. It was great to see it busy, but not everyone was sober and respectful, so it was good to see security guards patrolling the hotel It was disappointing that the spa pool was closed, as this was a selling point for us.

Breakfast very delicious, staff very nice. The room maintained its high standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort

Hotel was lovely, staff very accommodating and friendly. Food was cooked fresh and delicious. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. The only downfall was the gym and spa closed early on bank holiday and wasn’t notified in advance so missed a day using facilities.

Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to
