The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

This is a nice bonus, although it is not very convenient to wash two things at a time and resent someone else's things being washed first. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of ​​the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

We arrived by bus from Saigon and a minivan brought us from the station without charging us anything. We arrived before we could use the room and they let us use the pool or rest in the lobby. They gave us a very nice 30-minute massage, the masseuse was a 10. The breakfasts were very good. The room was very large and comfortable. The pool is the best part of the hotel, huge and with a jacuzzi. The pool staff was super attentive and friendly. Located on the beach, although the beach is not the best, there are many waves so it is not possible to swim or even get in and although the hotel employees clean the beach every day, the truth is that the sea spits kilos of garbage onto the sand every day. There are no restaurants nearby, but you can use the crab app to order food or whatever you want. Perfect hotel if you want to rest, have a sun lounger and a pool. I do not recommend changing money at the hotel. Our check-out was at 12, but they let us stay until 3:30 pm using the pool.

I loved that the beach was just a short walk away, and the location made the hotel so easy to find! The pools and entertainment were fantastic, and the food was perfect for someone with a picky palate like mine. The English-speaking staff was a big plus!

The hotel is clean, needs more soundproof, the staff is polite and talked very cute, so adding an extra table for guests is great 😍

Very good hotel

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

The resort is located near the beach, very quiet, suitable for relaxation. The resort is not new but it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will stop by to rest here.

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.
