Comfortable stay at Buri Sriphu. Wished there were better amenities — the gym was quite small and limited (only light dumbbells and some cardio machines available) / pool and gym close at 10pm 🥲 wished they opened the gym till later. My room was also in a different block from the main lobby and amenities, which was interesting. Other than that it was rather clean and had most things you would need in a spacious, well AC-ed room. Nice cafe in the main lobby too!

Im really impressed by the hotel. Booked it last minute to stay near the airport. Was fairly cheap & quality is like a 5 star hotel. Staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. Room was true to picture ! Super spacious for twin room. And pool was nice too! Breakfast was amazing ! So much variety! Sadly we only stayed for a night . But when im back, ill definitely stay here longer . Although is slightly further from city centre (abt 15 mins ride) , ill come to relax.
Clear, spacious n and comfortable room.. The room have small size bath tub.. Work well.. Air condition and water heater works well.. Basic amenities available.. Breakfast has minimal options, suitable with the price.. The buffet do serve pork ham, so consider this first before u decide to go for the buffet breakfast or not.. Pools open from morning till 11pm night, with a bar built next to the pool.. Deposit during check in is 1000 baht.. Front counter also sell bath tub powder (199 baht).. Free parking's available..
I have a good stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can converse using good english. The parking space is huge. Location wise is very strategic, as is it easy to get around. The hotel also provided free shuttle to go to anywhere within 5km radius. For sure will choose this hotel if im planning to go to hatyai again.
The room is clean & spacious. Nice decoration. Concierge service is very good. Cleaning staff is very attentive too. Overall very good stay here.

I returned here after 2 years, they have maintained the premises well, expanded and accommodated well to the changes in terms of variety of food at breakfast, services at the hotel. Due to being in a little isolated area, having a bar operate till late hours, adding a few more options to the menu, having more lights leading up to the hotel and parking to ensure safety may be a great addition. The pool may get a little crowded some hours but otherwise overall, great environment!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Crystal Hotel Hatyai. Here's a quick breakdown of our experience:
Cleanliness:
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable.
Location:
The location is super convenient—just a short walk across a bridge to Central Festival Hatyai Mall. There’s also a Makro nearby, though you’ll need to walk a bit deeper inside to reach it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asian Bazaar Hatyai, which leans more towards halal Malay food and local offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, Greenway Market is another 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, it rained during our trip so we skipped it, but the area is known for a mix of halal and non-halal food options.
Amenities:
Not too many amenities. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the gym was locked during our visit. It would be better if these facilities were more accessible.
Service:
Service was good—friendly and helpful staff. Some of the front desk team spoke English well, which made communication smoother. They also provided luggage storage, which was really helpful for us after check-out.
Buffet Breakfast:
Buffet starts at 6:30am local time, with a mix of Western and local Thai dishes. A special mention goes to the fish porridge—it was absolutely delicious!

Location is strategic near the main street of Hatyai for night market just beside Lee Gardens and Centara Hotel. It's a bustling area during weekends as many tourists from Malaysia will throng the area. You can enjoy all the hawker food at the night market. Many restaurants and massage parlour nearby for a good foot and body massage.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was clean with bath tub, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold but with loud noises and water pressure strong.
The hotel may be aged a bit aged but its location is indeed strategic and you can walk around Hatyai city and the morning market.
Very good atmosphere, quiet, spacious room, 1 big bed, 1 small bed, 1 sofa bed, the bathroom is so open that it's a bit suspicious. The only disadvantage is the safety of the entrance lock. The lock seems not to be locked, people outside can open and come in. The staff is very good. The entrance road is not very good, drive carefully. The pool has a whirlpool that is always open. The TV signal is ok, open YouTube all night. It doesn't disappear when it rains. In the evening, two orange cats sneaked to sleep and air their bellies by the pool. There are many breakfast options. The staff brought it to the room on time. The bed is soft. The room is a bit dim because the orange light is on. There are 4 bottles of water. The snacks that are placed can be eaten for free. In front of the room, there are two cars prepared in case it rains. Parking is only provided in the room. It's convenient. You don't have to fight for parking if you come back late. There is a boat service, but I haven't tried it yet. I will definitely come back again.
Idyllic little resort with an amazing beach. Staff all extremely friendly as was the German owner. Food very good and well priced.
Bungalows comfortable and clean despite a few ants but that’s to be expected in such a location.
Would have felt more comfortable and sense of security had I had an extra latch for the door from the inside as the beach bungalows are rather isolated from the rest of the main building with easy access from the road and beach.
Aside from that, I would stay again on my next road trip up the east coast of southern Thailand.
Breakfast was enormous and I couldn’t finish what I ordered. The staff member did a great job and the coffee was amazing!
Lovely spot and a must if you are in the vicinity.
Some street signage would help business I guess.
Thank you for a memorable stay!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nice and comfortable, it is next to a halal eatery hence convenient for muslim traveller to find food. Walking distance to lee garden, kim yong market and 7-Eleven. The only thing need to be improve is the staff not friendly and there are one of the room have issue with the bathtub.
