Facilities: This is the newest, best and top hotel in Aomori, no doubt about it! The location is very good, right at Aomori Station, with shopping malls and restaurants downstairs, and the hotel is upstairs by swiping a card. The hotel is the newest, with all the facilities from medical care, massage, fitness, to hot springs, and you can hardly find any faults! Hygiene: Because it is the newest hotel, the hygiene is first-class, and it can be described as spotless. You can look carefully when booking wine and rooms. The rooms marked with coco are for ladies, and the decoration is relatively fresh style. The rooms without markings are for men, which may be more business-oriented. Environment: The environment of the hotel itself is perfect. Because the hotel is outside Aomori Station, there is still constant rumbling of trains in the rooms facing the station at night, which is the only minus point. Service: The service is also perfect. I made an appointment for a SPA massage on the 6th floor and experienced it, but the massage technique is indeed quite different from that in China.

First time to Aomori and I stayed in here 4 nights. The hotel staff overall is friendly and extremely helpful. Room is spacious and washroom is amazing. Bath salt is provided and you can enjoy a hot bath.

A great hotel and excellent value. Good amenities and restaurant m. Some good bars and restaurants nearby but quite a walk from the station so better if you are driving into the area. All great until a taxi was required which was going to be a while so we were left to it. Wouldn’t have worried except the trains had also been suspended due to the weather. Thank goodness good old Uber worked or we would have been stranded!

This hotel is not far from Aomori JR station. Walking distance to other tourist attractions, and restaurants. The hotel looks old but well maintained. Room size is typical Japanese business hotel. No gym, no swimming pool. Reasonable price.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy when I checked in, otherwise I believe I could see the sunset over the Sea of ​​Japan. The ski resort next to it has many snow trails, but there are mostly green trails for beginners, which is very suitable for most ski enthusiasts. Only the hotel's breakfast and dinner meals are of lower quality.

The location is It's a walk from Hon-Hachinohe station, but I felt it was very good for those who want to drink late in the downtown area or Miroku Yokocho, or for those who are planning to travel by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we recommend traveling by bus. In addition, the appearance is conspicuous on the main street, so it was safe to return to the hotel when walking at night. It was nice to have a counter by the window for breakfast. For service, I thought that the front desk and the lounge were more positive, such as greetings and eyes, and the impression was good. I think that the guidance for consecutive nights was smooth. I think that the empty platter from the breakfast buffet was well maintained and warm food was prepared. I booked this hot spring hotel because it looked so nice and located on the beach in the photos. Thanks to the friendly staff, I had no inconveniences during my stay. However, the following needs improvement. 1) Hot spring bath: The water in the two private jar baths in the open-air bath was too cold to use. Why didn't they refill the hot water? 2) Even if I feel thirsty while bathing, I can't drink water unless I go outside, which is inconvenient. 3) When I tried to apply for a train station pick-up service through Trip.com customer service, they said there was no such service. However, I was able to make a reservation when I went to Japan and called. Whose mistake was it, the Trip.com employee or the hotel employee??? 4) The Trip.com customer service employee's response was too sloppy. Is it a language problem? 5) The hot spring water is good, and the outdoor hot spring has a sea view, so it's charming. Most of the cosmetics in the locker powder room are not refilled.

Breakfast is excellent, must try for at least one time! They provide free sake even at the breakfast time (I don't drink though)... Nice & clean, staff are helpful & polite, just a bit away from JR station...

The public bath is also very large. There are many different types of baths indoors and outdoors. After soaking, you will feel smooth and tender. I also made a special reservation for the loan bath to enjoy the private private bath with the fragrance of cypress. The room is large and clean, and the partition is perfect. The breakfast is very rich. I also experienced a full-day bath before soaking. I felt refreshed after soaking in the morning! ! ! It's a pity that I didn't catch the shuttle bus to Hirosaki in the morning. It is actually very convenient if the time is calculated well! ! ! It is strongly recommended to make special arrangements for this hotel in Hirosaki~ Come again next time!
