The first time I stayed in this kind of paradise hotel, it was really a good combination with the paradise. Various facilities, furnishings, bunk beds in the room, small gifts, and breakfast are really a great experience.

This hotel was great for AnimeExpo and I like the fact it’s right across the street. The few things I want to address is: FIRST, the bathroom and the shower was really weird and odd like you can’t see out but you could see in.SECOND, the room was really small. There was no mini fridge for cold water, no microwave to heat food, and I got the room that’s outside next to the elevator. LASTLY, I’m not sure if it’s my mistake or not but you don’t get to see if you paid the security deposit. How would I know if I paid it or not I literally had to pay another $250 in the main desk and I thought that I already paid it with my cost. Overall it was fun but they should do better on the rooms and making sure you get the total amount before purchasing/reserving.

Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The hotel is about half an hour drive from San Francisco, the navigation is quite clear, and Gaode is good!

Such a gem that I found this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the facility. Also complementary breakfast and snacks were an additional plus.  Would love to come back again, and wish there were more in other areas. Hopefully closer to palo alto where most of my meetings take place.  Thank you to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant!

Between the ”resort fee,” additional taxes, and parking, be prepared to pay and additional $55 / night than what's listed. Not much going at the hotel other than an overpriced but well-decorated restaurant / bar on the first floor and a medium-sized gym. Not much within walking distance. It's on the bay, but the views or walking areas around the bay are not good. Overall, we felt this was not a good value, and could have paid a lot less while being at least as comfortable at a three-star hotel.

Very speechless, when I went to bed at night to get a quilt, I found blood stains, disgusting. Because the time was very late, the hotel service staff got off work, and came to the front desk brother to change the quilt, and it would not be messed up. I thought this hotel was the best hotel in Stanford. The price was not cheap at all. The first night was more than 2,000 and the second night was 4,000. It was simply unable to complain. Trip The service is very satisfactory, the response is very fast, and it has been actively dealt with. The whip is too long, no way, American hotels are garbage! !

The perfect hotel for passing through. Clean pool. Large rooms. Everything you need is available. The included restaurant is very good.

A great hotel with a great room view. The only issue is the microwave oven: it is on the desk ...

This hotel was soo beautiful from the outside in. The rooms were really plush and art deco. Wish I could have stayed longer because I really loved the rooms. The bathroom, omg was out of this world along with the fabulous body care products. And the water is so soft in LA, we thought it was the soap. The price point was reasonable as well. We didn't try the restaurant this time, didn't really see anything on the menu that stiffs or to us.
