Breakfast was very good and varied. Clean rooms, although the rooftop pool was a bit dirty (hair) and ordering something on the pool deck took a long time (it was just 4 simple drinks). Otherwise good to very good service, good location and nice decor. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel is sooooooooo beautiful, clean and with a pool, but its location is far from Lissabona, 25 minutes walking distance. You can go by train. Since I did not prefer Lissabona much, we went to a region called CasCais more often. Just come here knowing that you need to be fluent in English and it makes more sense to rent a car. Taxis are expensive. Choose an Uber taxi. Seeing Must-see places: Cascais Sintra. Definitely go to the beach, the beach, the sea, it's sooooooooo beautiful. CasCais is a restaurant in Iran. It's amazing. CasCais is an elite place. You can see the difference between Lissabon and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you choose the wonderful, friendly Londres Hotel, you won't regret it. It's sooooooooo ideal for children. It's a problem-free spotless hotel. CasCais is sooooooooo close. If you choose Uber taxi, you can go to CasCais without paying too much, we went for 5 euros. Very good service along with the Breakfast which was nice. Location wise excellent with 10 minutes to centre or offices etc.

Be careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable. For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech. The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah. Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench. Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors. No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.

A wonderful hotel. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and very nice. There is a rooftop bar on the roof where you can drink until midnight. There is a space to store suitcases in the basement so you can enjoy the city of Lisbon even after checking out. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Location: The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Santa Justa elevator, so you can go there directly at night; very close to the Fig Square, whether it is 15E to the monastery or taking the subway to the airport, it is very convenient; it is also close to the Rossio train station, which is very convenient to go to Sintra; in short, the location of the hotel is impeccable; Room: The room is average, the decoration level of a fast hotel, just coming from another beautiful hotel, the difference is a bit big; and the hotel does not seem to take the initiative to provide toothbrushes and combs, toothbrushes can be provided if you ask for them, and there are no slippers, which is a bit annoying; because the room is really average, I don’t even seem to take photos; Breakfast: There are a lot of fruits, the biggest feature of this hotel, all kinds of fruits, it feels that most of the breakfast is fruits; and salmon, it’s almost salmon freedom. There are not many other breakfast categories.

The historic hotel in Estoril is in a very good location, with a newly built wing, while the original part, although outwardly renovated, would require a substantial renovation of the furniture. Young and kind staff, abundant and varied breakfast.

Very quite and nice place, hotel has 4-5 swimming pools and children’s playground very good for family, only the location is not in the central of sintra and difficult to find.
