I had an excellent stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and speak English. I arrived late and they directly helped me book a ticket for the park the next day and explained how to get there. The breakfast included is very good + you take it on the roof with a magnificent view. The hotel is close to the east entrance of the park (about 15-20 minutes walk).

The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free. The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy. The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

Like this hotel. They have warm toilet floors and toilet seats. It's not walking distance from airport though. We took a cab from the airport and got a disgruntled driver muttering complaints - he wanted a longer distance passenger to earn more.

Wonderful stay with great service and riverfront charm I had an amazing experience at Tianqingshe Riverview Homestay (Phoenix Ancient City Lijiang Branch). The location is ideal – right along the river, offering beautiful views of Fenghuang’s historic architecture and lantern-lit streets. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing ice treat, which was a lovely surprise after traveling in the summer heat. The staff were friendly and eager to help, offering great suggestions and communicating well via WeChat. Breakfast was another highlight – generous, varied, and delicious, with both local specialties and familiar options. It exceeded my expectations and was the perfect start to each day. I would absolutely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Fenghuang. The combination of location, comfort, service, and those thoughtful touches made it a standout experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magnificent view of 凤凰古城，while get to enjoy tranquility in the midst of the bustling town. There is a road right in front of the 民宿， thus taxi can come right to the foot. The room we stay in is very spacious, the platform where I placed my luggage helped to reduce the stress on my knees, after climbing 武陵源。 The owner and staff were very warm and helpful. They always greeted us with: ”回来了” everytime we came back from outside and provided us with extra bottles of water upon request. On top of that they also helped to order food online, pre book places of interest, in Changsha, as we don't have a China SIM card.

I was in Fenghuang for less than a day, but the staff at the homestay here made me feel truly welcome. They provided me with a map of all the attractions and helped me buy a ticket to access all of them, making my trip much simpler! Also, they recommended some fantastic restaurants that were definitely worth the visit! The room was lovely, very spacious! Fenghuang can be a loud city at night, but it still felt cosy and tucked away in this room. I'd definitely recommend this homestay if you visit Fenghuang!

If you are looking for a mountain vibe, peaceful, away from city and homey experience, this is the hotel for you! The mountain view is unbeatable and it’s so majestic. We have nothing but compliments about our room which can even house 3pax, having a bathtub and sauna to sooth our muscle after a day out were refreshing for us. Another highlight is how delicious the restaurant food is and we couldn’t resist eating the same dish (香芋扣肉) for 3 meals in a row. I am so glad to have booked one more night with this homestay just so that we can chill around the hotel with a tea ceremony with 毛管家 before heading out for our train ride home. Don’t be deterred by its mountainous location, it is only 5min away from the ZJJ forest park attraction entrance and the whole experience be it hardware or software with the homestay are so worth it! Ended my ZJJ tour on such a high note! Me and my parents (both in 70s) love it so much!

Wonderful hotel, new building, new rooms, good amenities, USB Type C socket available next to bed, good breakfast, nice lobby, well received by front office, fast lift, good foods and convenient store, near to 天门山 cable car. Will I return? YES! Just one remark, should provide disposable razor

Place what deserve more attention, great location, interesting room design, a lot of entertaining surroundings. Wish the best to hotel and more visitors at future. Just little bit learn facility maintain from international brand hotels and be perfect. Shuttle bus very convenient. Food ok for foreigners. Quite and very chilling place. Recommend for people who want rest alone.

It's right next to the Yueyang Tower Scenic Area. You can visit the scenic area right out of your house, which is very convenient. If you want to park, there is a parking lot across the road from the hotel, 20 yuan, 24 hours, pay-per-use. The hotel room is very unique and the children like it very much. The hot water is very good and stable. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is not very powerful and it is a bit cold to sleep at night. We have twin beds, so we all squeezed into one bed with two layers of quilts, which was just right. The soundproofing is also not very good. Talking in the corridor can be heard very loudly inside. But it was quite quiet to sleep at night. There is a pedestrian street next to it with some snacks. There are also restaurants over the square. There are noodle restaurants and fish restaurants opposite the hotel.
