The hotel is sumptuous and ideally located opposite the river, the room was spacious, clean, with traditional chic decor and all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast and a magnificent view from our balcony. Special mention must go to Yang Tianli, hostess of the Consulting Service, who guided us perfectly and advised us throughout our stay on the sights and activities of the city, with an overflowing kindness, smiling and contactable at all times for any information!

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel because it is strategically next to Changsha Rail Station and has a metro exit right in front of the hotel entrance. The room amenities were clean and in good condition. We had a pleasant sleep that night and did not hear much outside noisy despite being next to the rail station. Breakfast buffer spread was good too - mostly chinese breakfast spread like noodles, porridge, stir fry vegetables and fried fitters, but there were also cereal and salad station. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel before heading to zhangjiajie the next morning.

A Mixed Bag in Fenghuang. My stay in Fenghuang offered a blend of excellent hospitality and comfort with some notable drawbacks. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which truly enhanced the experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort; the beds and linens were top-notch, and the couch and desk provided a truly comfortable and functional space. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, placing us right in the vibrant heart of Fenghuang's action. We also enjoyed a cool view from our room. However, there were a few significant points of caution for future travelers. While we could connect to the Wi-Fi, there was no actual data connection, rendering it effectively useless for internet access. A more concerning issue was the pervasive and foul sewer smell that intermittently filled the room, particularly late at night. It wasn't constant, but when it appeared, it was quite strong and unpleasant. Regarding the view, I had assumed from photos that the hotel was directly on the river. In reality, it's set back about a block, meaning you have to look over some dilapidated buildings to see the river. I suspect lower floors might not have any river view at all. Adding to this, as of May 2025, there's a pretty large construction project occurring just a few meters from the front of the balconies, which could impact the ambiance and noise levels for some guests. Overall, if you prioritize comfort, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel has a lot to offer. Just be prepared for potential Wi-Fi issues, the intermittent sewer smell, and manage your expectations regarding the river view and nearby construction.

I was so lucky to find a room with a panoramic view of Phoenix Ancient Town. 3 days in this little town was a bit too much but I just wanted to stay here a little longer. Ms.Zhang and staffs were so nice and helpful. I felt like home. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. ❤️

This is the second time I have decided to stay at this hotel in a short period. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-organized. My kids are sensitive to smells, but so far, we haven't noticed anything unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it.
