Business Hotels in Attica, Greece

Location is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber. Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want. I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer. The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor. I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area. I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t). Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel! Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. It, however, does not have laundry like it says in the amenities section. It is also not in a great part of town as when you walk there from the acropolis, there is the chance to encounter homeless people and discarded needles on the streets. If you are planning to take a cab to the attractions, then this is a good spot. If not, then I would consider other hotels.

The hotel is super clean and situated in central,close to tourist attraction places. 24hrs front desk service and the receptionists were amazing,kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay with my families. Everything we needed was available , such as refrigerator, microwave,electric kettle, coffee machine,toaster, strainer etc. I recommend ERMASS to anyone looking for nice apartment to stay in Athens.

Perfect location. Easy to access to attraction Very friendly reception Staff shared a lot with us and help us book the taxi to airport. Air con is very nice and cool ! The bathroom is a bit old and no hair dryer is provided Overall we are satisfied with the room with the affordable price in Athens

Nice hotel good view reasonable breakfast. Is convenient access to all the restaurants. People surrounding friendly n generous. Will recommend to all friends n relatives

Good hotel overall. Very clean, spacious, not noisy and staff speaking French and English if needed and good advice. Low tourist tax. Supermarket nearby. 10 minutes from the metro. The area is not safe however. Alcohol then ***** with syringes and people intoxicated at night especially outside. Fortunately there are lights in the city center.

Very good, the location is in the center of Kifisia, the location is very eye-catching, there is a small swimming pool, I love summer

The perfect location for our stopover before catching a ferry out to the islands. We are a family of 4 travelling with 2 teenagers and had a connecting room which was perfect. Very clean, in a walkable location to the port. Unfortunately, we weren’t there long enough to appreciate the other amenities but we were pleased by the service and rooms (we were on level 7).

Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us. Also, the breakfast there was satisfactory - though the food variety was just so so, the staff was very efficient in refilling, thus, all hot stuffs were found tasty. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was praiseworthy (I know too well that I'm very particular on the toilet hygiene standard)。 If I would re-visit Athens of Greece, this Hotel will receive my priority consideration.
