GGuest UserI recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

GGuest UserThis Westin was a pleasant surprise on our trip. Boston's prices are high, especially on weekends, so most hotels were expensive. We settled on the Westin after weighing our options. Once we arrived, we found the location to be excellent, right on Copley Square, directly opposite the library and Trinity Church. It's just a few minutes' walk to the start of the Freedom Trail, and convenient for getting to the beautiful shopping streets and Chinatown. The room was spacious, simply furnished, and clean. The hotel restaurant also had good food, and the staff were very enthusiastic. When we checked out, they even called my daughter by her name to say goodbye. Highly recommended!

ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

AAnonymous UserHad such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

HHeidernThis is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

BBeans23The location was great for us to do all we needed. It is possible to walk to most places but is also easy to get an Uber. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, but the bathroom a bit tired. Someone had stuffed toilet roll into the door stop and there were patches to the shower, but otherwise it was fine. The warm cookies on arrival were a lovely touch, as were the chocolates left in our room on the second evening. There is a small gym, suitably kitted out, but guests can also use the YMCA gym in operating hours.
