I will not write so positively about our stay very quickly, this based on a stay of 2 nights. Just pleasantly pleasant. The restaurant was very good, and adapted dishes per person, to personal taste. Breakfast package was prepared, because we left at 06.00. Suggestion: the soft drinks cooled would be nice (ice cubes were offered). In the room at the long desk ***** the wall, please 1 or 2 power outlets to connect your laptop and such.

In this small town, this hotel is the highest end, safe, complete facilities, the view of the Ganges River is very beautiful, close to the Ganges Festival in the evening, breakfast is printed, no special, mainly clean! I stayed for two days, breakfast and dinner are here, I have not pulled my stomach, the service is very good, the service staff is super enthusiastic. The speed of wifi is average. The fourth floor I live in is only a little faster than the mobile phone signal. The speed in the lobby is OK, but the overall speed of India is not high.

Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Beautiful hotel right in the banks of the Ganga. Yoga, treatment and meals also available.. Great place to stay and relax

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the futur

During my recent stay at Hotel Le Roi, I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt an immediate sense of calm and relaxation. The hotel's interior was spotless, with a fresh and inviting ambiance that made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile.

Excellent location. Nice food. Breakfast buffet is with wide choices so is dinner. Car parking is with direct access. Very courteous staff.

Property location- Prime and all basic amenities within reach. Parking space- Congested Food- Above average. Less options in menu and even breakfast not upto the standards sarovar is supposed to have.! Services- Staff needs training. Check in staff lacked basic courtesy, etiquettes and manners. Check out staff- Shruti was there, and was far better than the others. The only one i could name…was great. Rooms- Average. Needs more attention specially by housekeeping staff. Linens were not washed. Basic toiletries missing. I mean i can’t keep on asking for basic dental kit etc. A room must cater for the requirement of two. In room dinning- Fast service however you need to call them three four times till they pickup your calls.

I am typically wary of flowery coverage of Hotels that are featured in Travel magazines, as they are more driven and fueled by the special treatments that the authors got, leading them to celebrate the hotel more than it deserves to be. This was one such case! Both Outlook traveller and Travel + Leisure had celebrated this way more than it deserves. But still it had its highlights. I would have given 3 stars, but raising it upto 4 stars only because of the lovely setting, the sweet and hardworking staff, and the quality of Food etc. Frankly speaking, I am not a big fan of the label ‘Hidden gem’. But this boutique beauty - that is stunningly situated on a clifftop against a striking backdrop of hills and terrace fields - certainly deserves that title! You can get treated to panoramic views of the Kumaon Hills leading to the magnificent Himalayas right from your Balcony! Unfortunately, during our stay the weather fairy wasn't on our side. The imposing peaks of Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, Panchachuli, Trishul were teasingly playing Peekaboo with us all day long - just like Mt Fuji did with us in Japan, or Mt.Rainier used to do in Seattle! Nonetheless, the views were still stunning enough and this was one of the closest encounters with the hills we had been blessed with in the recent past! LOCATION: Stunning location on a Clifftop and just 80 minutes drive from Bhimtal. DINE + DRINK: They dont have a BAR as advertised, and the restaurant could certainly be better decorated or setup. HOwever the food was to die for! THe Chef whipped up some wicked meals for us. The Kumaoni Thali in the night got us high on food. And the breakfast was divine - Piping hot Masala Maggi and Puffed up Pooris under the winter sun accompanied by flavorful Masala Chai!! ROOM: We stayed in 306, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular views of the Kumaon Hills and Himalayas ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No A/C as the nature did a great job of setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: OK Justa cosmetics. Bring your own FACILITIES: No Gym on site. And the Pool was closed due to Covid. So DONT BELIEVE THE GLAMOROUS pics you see on these travel magazines and expect a fun time in the Pool. They do have a Spa on site though, though the quality and experience of the staff looked questionable SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to DILIP KUMAR, DINESH, and GAJENDAR at the restaurant. And RAMESH who attended to our special requests. They can surely do better with the FRONT OFFICE staff who certainly needed a lot of training and coaching! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wifi, but VERY POOR CONNECTIVITY and severe issues and be warned that if you plan to do some work stuff or call, it will be a NIGHTMARE! Stayed two nights here. One of the best hotels in Jim Corbett. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is excellent. Well spread breakfast too. Highly recommend

It was a last minute find and what a find it was, it cost me somewhere around 10k and it was worth every penny. It is located on the main road, easy to find. I loved the architecture and space planning of this property, this property follows a common theme throughout and everything accumulates to a great experience. Their outdoor sitting with trees and right lighting gives a beautiful experience in the evening. Other than the design experience, the food there was good and the service was great as well. I have no complaints with the property and totally recommend this.

Nice place and good experience the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed. I particularly enjoyed [mention any specific feature, like the view, the bed, or the bathroom. Recently stayed in this hotel and found all the things up to the mark, location is the best USP of this hotel, found very easily and, staff were courteous, room and washroom both were neat and clean, amazing and aesthetically pleasing roof top cafe..overall experience was great will definitely going to book this hotel again whenever travelling to Rishikesh 😊
