Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a hotelier myself, I was truly impressed and touched by the service during my stay from 19 to 21 September. Your team embodies genuine hospitality — from the warmest and friendliest welcome at check-in, to the thoughtful initiative consistently shown throughout my stay. The unsung heroes from Housekeeping never fail to greet guests with a smile, creating a sense of warmth and belonging that is often overlooked but deeply felt. I also witnessed a heartening moment where your Security team rushed out to assist a guest in a wheelchair and even helped us cross a busy street safely. These acts reflect not just duty, but genuine care for guests. My overall experience was truly memorable, and I left with a strong sense of appreciation for your team’s dedication and heart.

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel with my kids. The surroundings have changed drastically — it’s now quite noisy even at night. That being said, I still like the hotel very much. It’s value for money with great service, friendly staff, relaxing in-house massage, and yummy food at the restaurant. The hotel’s design is also quite impressive despite its age. The rooms have been renovated since my previous visit many years ago, and overall they are comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Location is 5 mins drive to Nagoya Hill. Please keep up the good work, and consider enhancing the sound insulation.

Overall is good. Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing. But I will be back again for my next visit. 😀

Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members. Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!

Service was great, they sent a buggy to send us to our block as it was a bit further away from the reception. Staff were all very friendly, always greeted us when we walk past each other. Nice view too!

The hotel is new and very clean, and the restaurant is spacious with a great variety of delicious food. Our room was also clean and comfortable. The two single beds in one room were more than enough space for our family of four. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we all really liked them. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Batam, we're very satisfied! 😀 There's even a go-kart track on the rooftop downstairs, and many restaurants, snacks, and massage parlors conveniently located nearby. It's also very suitable for parents with children 👏 Getting a taxi or using Grab is super convenient. It's truly worth recommending. I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Singapore! 👍🏻
