Great hotel literally across the road from terminal 3. It suited my needs perfectly as I arrived in manilla at night and then had a morning flight to Cebu the next morning. It's in a nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again the hotel is very nice and modern. The staff are also very friendly. Recommend

This is by far the most convenient hotel for transfers at Manila T3 airport. You can get there directly from the skybridge on the 4th floor, which helps avoid any safety concerns outside. The hotel itself is also very good, and the breakfast is nice. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning can be a bit too cold.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The room and common areas were spotless, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was genuinely impressive with great variety and quality. Every meal felt well prepared and satisfying. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the wellness area. The sauna and steam room were fantastic and added such a relaxing touch to the whole experience. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting. It does get a bit busy at times, but the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The only small downside was a green light flashing on the roof at night, which was slightly distracting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

We stayed here for a day, and the deluxe room was decent. It had all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel, and the breakfast selection was superb. The air conditioning was a bit hard to navigate, so the room felt warm under the sheets—especially with the very thick (and comfortable) comforter, which the AC couldn’t quite keep up with. Overall, it was good. PS. THE VIEW IS 100/10

Booked at this hotel because we had events at nearby Double Dragon The hotel location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Offered luggage storage service and even let you use their umbrellas for free (just leave an ID or hotel key card) The rooms were ok, with a queen and single bed. It even has a working table, mini ref, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. Bathroom amenities were provided. The bathroom looks dated with unpolished corners. They offer buffet breakfast and dinner at P450 per person, which is quite affordable. But overall, this is a good hotel option in the area

Write Subject Subject My family and I had such a great time staying at a hotel near during the Chinese New Year celebration. Everything about the trip just felt easy and enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for us to relax in after a full day outside. What we loved most was the location — we could just walk to the festivities, try different food spots, and enjoy the colorful streets without worrying about long travel. It made a big difference, especially since we were traveling as a family. Even with all the excitement outside, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and whenever we had questions, the staff were happy to help. Overall, it was a fun and memorable family stay. We’d gladly book here again the next time we celebrate Chinese New Year in the area.

Great location near Terminal 3, less than 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Perfect for a long layover or a short rest between flights. Rooms are very small but sufficient for a few hours or an overnight transit stay. There is air conditioning, 24-hour check-in, and the area feels safe. Cafés are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is also a 4-hour stay option available, which is ideal for short transit stops. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, but you can request it at the reception free of charge. Overall, a practical and convenient airport option.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Edsa LRT station and Metro Point Mall. A few minutes walk to Genesis and Victory liner terminals. Lobby: Simple yet spacious lobby and the service felt like you are in a premium hotel. Lift: Has three good sized lifts, and one exclusively for employees. Size: I had the pad-type single bedroom, the smallest kind. It is a well sized room with separate toilet and bath. Bed: Feels comfortable. It is on the hard type of mattress, the kind of mattress that I prefer. Cleanliness: The room feels adequately cleaned. I found no dusts on the counters. However the towels need to be replaced, they used to be white but they appear to be sort of yellow-tinged. Although they smell nice and newly washed. The sheets and linens are white and looked clean. I found no foul odour on the pillows. Toilet and bath: The toilet is separated from the shower, which is a nice touch. There is a bidet, and there is hot water both in the shower and the sink. Air-conditioning: It provides adequate cooling but it does have a mild noise, which honestly is not distracting enough. Miscellaneous: The hotel provides tooth brush/paste, shampoo, and soap. Also a small water bottle. Indoor slippers as well. Staff: Very accomodating, helpful, and hospitable. Others: The hotel has its own restaurant and they offer room service for the foods. They also offer massage room service. Both of which I have not availed so can't comment. Recommendations: A small fridge, more drinking water, and a kettle would be nice to have in the room. Maybe small packets of coffee and/or tea as well. Complaints: I was initially assigned to Floor 5, which had a funky smell. Its lobby smelled of dirty wet mop that was stuck for days, or a dead rat, or some of that sort. The smell emanated through to the room. I asked to be moved and they swiftly acted on it, which I appreciate. - Around 2 AM, I woke up with the sounds of the employees outside my room. They were moving things around I guess. They were quite loud, lasted about two hours, which kept me awake until the morning. Definitely would be coming back and would recommend to others.

As dusk settled, I opened the window, and the evening breeze, carrying the fragrant scent of grass and trees, wafted in. The bedding in the room had a warm, sun-kissed aroma, and the linen curtains draped gracefully. The glow from the floor lamp spread across the wooden floor, like a shallow pool of golden light. Frosted bottles stood quietly in the bathroom, and the citrus scent of the shower gel mingled with the steam. I was awoken by birdsong in the morning; pulling back the curtains, distant mountains unfolded in the mist. A white porcelain cup on the table held freshly brewed tea, its steam gently rising. There's no hustle and bustle here, only the sound of time flowing slowly. Every detail feels thoughtfully placed, like a cherished secret, finally allowing my weary feet to rest.

MMariCris TI am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too. **Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology. **Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised). **Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room. **Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

LLei AnneThe family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta. The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!

JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.

GGuest UserThe place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all. We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online. The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.
