Good location near the airport by local bus within 5 min. View of the mountain is very nice. The staffs are helpful. The room is clean and everything is good except there is no amenities, besides body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is pretty enough.

The Hotel Location is nearby City and Surrounding by Cafe and restaurant also near to Port and Bus Station. So is easy to moving

Check-in staff is friendly, the process is quick. Upon request, they unlock the upper deck bunk bed as my kid prefer upper one as his personal bed. The view is nice from the room window, can see the Tromso beach. The night also having a good weather and we able to see northern light just at outside of the hotel.

A good location away from city centre. Room could have been cleaner. Heating was slightly under with the cold weather. Had the Christmas lunch which was very good by Linda. Breakfast spread could have been better. Overall stay was ok.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und vom Zimmer aus hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick. Das Zimmer entsprach dem üblichen Standard Ein Restaurant gab es im Hotel nicht, man bat uns Mikrowellenessen an (Burger Pizza) Aber fußläufig waren einige Restaurants zu erreichen Parkplätze gab es nur kostenpflichtig und ziemlich teuer (24,- € pro Tag)

Great hotel for our short stay. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Bacon, egg (fried,scrambled or boiled) beans, toast and brown sauce was my choice. But there was a good choice of pastries and breads, yogurts and cream cheeses, meats etc etc. The location was ideal on the main street, a short walk from the bus station where lots of the tours depart from.

This hotel, built in 2025, has brand new facilities and a wonderful experience. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk was attentive and provided a brief overview of the hotel's amenities upon check-in. There's a small rooftop bar and a viewing platform. The location is right by the bridge, and the area itself isn't very large, making it a convenient walk to the city and easy access to other areas by bus. As the tallest building in the area, the views are fantastic, and you can even see the Northern Lights from the rooftop viewing platform. The only drawback was that the room was quite small, so I couldn't unfold two suitcases at once (which is normal for this price point). The closet didn't have room to hang clothes, so I had to hang them behind the TV or behind the mirror. I wonder if these gaps were properly cleaned. There were no paper towels. There were a few electrical outlets in the room. The price was acceptable, and the extra cost per day was worth it for a better experience. The actual experience exceeded my expectations.

The room was very clean and large. We arrived later than dinner time and communicated with the hotel staff in advance, and they still left us a sumptuous dinner. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

Hygiene: good at all Location: there is only two bus route 420 that can reach the hotel bus stop (walking distance: 5-10 mins), the bus costs around 2 hour from Tromso Service: very good, workers are eager to help, but better have a luggage room with security control Facilities: sauna and ice bath is very good with stunning views, remember to bring your plastic sandals and swimsuits as they cannot be bought here

The room was given to us on the first floor for convenience of carrying our luggage. The nearby sea view is very beautiful but very clear. The room is also very big, but the hot water is not hot enough and the bath water is lukewarm and cool. So you have to take a bath early, otherwise you have to wash it the next morning. Maybe there are too many residents and everyone shares the hot water, so The hot water is not hot enough. Breakfast is very basic and you can eat a little before heading to the airport. The neighborhood is actually quite nice and leisurely.
