The hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.
Neat and hygienic!
The surrounding environment is very beautiful, as if you are living in the forest!
You can take a walk around the area!
I just accidentally went for a walk in the cemetery at night, thinking it was a park! To scare people
I loved the 24-hour airport shuttle service. The drivers were helpful and provided sound advice regarding airport departures. Hotel check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Good
QQISHENExpress hotel, and the domestic Jinjiang Star is about the same grade, suitable for business travelers. The purpose of this trip is to visit relatives and friends. The hotel is very close to the sister's house. I don't want my sister to be too tired, so I stayed outside and only slept in the evening. There is a big bed room, a sofa bed, three people are just right, but the room is relatively small, or should be a twin room, so the room is bigger, the price is similar. Hotel location is very good, is the community center, parking is free, next to a few steps is the target and a large sporting goods store, cinema, there are many restaurants, the weekend is very lively, it is very convenient to solve the meal.
GGuest UserWe were in room 335. We had almost zero water pressure in the shower and the shower squealed like a hot tea kettle the entire time we were using it. The front right burner on the stove didn’t work and the bottom element on the oven also did not work. Maintenance came and looked at it. He was very nice but said they don’t have any replacements. He suggested just using it on the broil setting. Due to this we lost money on some of the groceries that we bought and couldn’t cook. There were some stains on the carpet. Our room was very noisy due to being right near some sort of ventilation system. We got groceries delivered and the delivery service was upset because there was only outdoor access to our side of the hotel with no elevator. Saunas were not open. One of the hot tubs was barely warmer than room temperature our entire stay. The other one was nice. One of the staff members was rude to my teenaged daughter and her friend when they got locked out and needed another key. Location was very nice. All of the other staff were nice. Slushees at the bar we’re good!
GGuest UserWe got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.
WWander_GirlIt was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.
RRUYANThe environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the service is first class, and the sanitation is clean. The room was very large during this stay. Our family of three lived very comfortably. The hotel is fully equipped and close to the Friendship Subway Station. It is very convenient to travel. Next time I will go to Washington, DC, I will stay here. The front desk is very warm and the language communication is very smooth!
GGuest UserThe hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.
KKen BlumThe room was nice, and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The facilities were good, including the Mexican restaurant on-site, which had excellent food.
GGuest UserVery clean and the women at front desk, I believe her name is Grace was absolutely wonderful. The only negative thing to mention was the $20 a day park and the garage was in a separate building, (so on a cold and windy night which it was)it kinda sucks to have to carry luggage.
GGuest UserTook the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78.
Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan.
The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests.
Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing
