The hotel is very clean. The front desk service is very good. It is okay to check out late. The location is also good. Takeaway is convenient

Very good hotel, comfortable environment, clean and sanitary, convenient transportation, and relatively quiet. Due to Ramadan, there are very few people and the breakfast is too simple.

Overall good. It's cold indoors, and the locals wear long robes and short-sleeved short skirts, which is still relatively cold. The price is high, but hotel prices in Riyadh are generally high.

The bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing. As for the services and price, they were great, as were the size of the room and the cooperation of the staff, whether reception or workers.

The hotel is excellent. However, when I arrived, I was surprised by the crowds and the scenery, which I didn't like. The hotel staff informed me that it was hosting a film festival or convention or something similar. The hotel lobby and entrance are small, and the music is very annoying. The crowds of people attending the festival also seemed to be in an open, public space, with no one else to share it with. Entering and exiting the hotel while they were gathered in the lobby was, unfortunately, uncomfortable.

Beautiful, modern hotel in Dammam. Service staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Multiple restaurant options. Outdoor pool is relaxing. Fully equipped gym and spa (sauna, steam, ice room…) complex. Highly recommend for travelers.

酒店整體還是不錯的，但是感覺海外的酒店，攜程還是沒有主動權。我預訂了三晚，行程改變了、想入住一晚提前退一下，我去酒店前台，酒店告訴我可以退並且會退回剩下兩晚價格。但是攜程就説不可以退，硬生生沒有退成。所以海外酒店可能還是自己在官網預訂更方便

Very nice hotel. I recommend it. Location is very good , very clean. The standard room very big. Amazing hotel. It was a wonderful experience. They have lounge or club key that you can use by extra charge. Overall it was amazing

The room is quite small, the soundproofing is quite poor, the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow, but the facilities in the hotel are good.
