We stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time here. We loved the room. It has a smart tv so we could watch everything that we wanted. The shower was nice with douche gel and a warming mirror so you can look in the mirror immediately. The breakfast was really really good and diverse.
We walked in 10 minutes to the center. There are also supermarkets in the area. We parked the car 10 minutes away. Booked it upfront and that was nice. They are open for 24 hours a day so there’s always someone to help you when you need help. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We celebrated our daughters birthday here and they decorated the room. They did everything to make our stay amazing.
I recently stayed at A-STAY Antwerp and had a positive overall experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located very close to Antwerp Central Station, which made getting around the city easy. My room was comfortable and well-designed, with smart controls, good Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. The communal spaces, including the lobby and co-working areas, were inviting and practical for both work and relaxation.
Overall, I would recommend A-STAY Antwerp to travelers looking for a modern, no-fuss, and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city, especially if you want to be close to Antwerp Central Station.
Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line.
The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre.
The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, and you can go anywhere without taking a car or walking.
The service was very good. The concierge helped me book restaurants, spas and consult the surrounding environment, which was very helpful.
Although the food in their restaurant is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. If you fail to make a reservation at the Michelin restaurants nearby, you can still give it a try without drinking too much wine.
The room is very good, quiet and clean, with low-key luxury, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the sofa bed in the living room on the loft was replaced with another bed, which is a bit harder, but you can also have your own space. Both spaces are high and very comfortable.
The lighting in the room was too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup. Overall, the room was quite spacious and well-equipped, though the decor was a bit dated. The first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned yet, so I had to switch to another one. Parking nearby was convenient and free.
The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, and a very satisfying stay. Convenient location, convenient transportation, will choose here next time, it is recommended!
Hotel located near to the train station, for us it was a plus since we are traveling by train, but other than that dirty and smells awful nearby. Room was okay, but kinda dirty. I was cleaning the floor after we checked in, it was dusty with lots of hair
Very good hotel, sweet and extensive breakfast.Sorry we didn't get fresh towels on the 2nd day when making the beds. With 2 children I think this is needed!!!!!

Super stylish hostel. Loved the large lobby where you could get work done with good music. The free coffee was great.
The rooms were clean and secure. Slept very comfortably.
Suggestions:
Upgrade the gym equipment. Some of the machines don’t work and some of the weights don’t fit the dumbbells. Even a pair of adjustable dumbbells would be a huge upgrade.
I understand the lobby closes at 11, but it would be nice to simply close the service but allow the space to be used for late night work.
The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

CCindyThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel.
The room was spacious.
Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black.
It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.
MmerararaIt was very convenient, close to Antwerp Station. A friendly hotel staff member spoke to me until check-in and kindly explained various things. However, the hotel's photos were completely different from the ones shown, with a colorful and flashy exterior. Also, I had booked breakfast, but when I told the staff member that I couldn't eat it because I was leaving early, he said he would prepare a breakfast box for me, and told me to pick it up at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, which I was happy about, but the next morning he said it wasn't ready in time. It was disappointing.

TToluiAndaSpotlessly clean and just a couple of steps from the station. Parking was a bit pricey, and the hotel's vague instructions led me to pay 51 Euros, which was triple the actual parking fee. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the room was very spacious by European standards. Both twin beds were also very large.
