The newly opened hotel is in a very good location and can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel is renovated from an old building, and the lobby and restaurant are like a big garden. The room is not big, but the stone and wood are very design. The service is great.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk, very close to the main trains station Roma Termini. Surrounded by restaurants, there are also bountiful of shops and a conad supermarket in the Station Termini.
Bus and metro are also super convenient, metro station just in termini, bus stops are all around.
The rooms are clean and not small. The concierge has good English and nice attitude.
We got upgraded during our 2 nights stay, which was amazing. Room was really spacious and well equipped with kitchen amenities. However, there was an obvious foot print on the sofa…
Besides, there was a big problem. When we returned at the second night, it was found that our room was not securely locked!!!!!!! We rushed into the room and checked if there was any pecuniary loss. Luckily, our things were all there. We wonder if the room service staff has not closed the door properly!!!!
This is a serious security issue, especially in Rome, which is not a very safe city. I hope this will not happen again!!
Nice large room with comfortable bathroom. Everything in the hotel is super clean and the staff are really helpful. Although a little away from the main attractions in Rome it is close to a main station so therefore easy access to the airport and metro to the Colosseum and beyond. It also means you can find reasonably priced local restaurants and cafes which are not too touristy. I will be staying again :)

Clean and tidy room, with electric kettle and fridge. Slippers is provided. Breakfast buffet is good. However, noises from the next room and from the upper floor can be heard clearly.

The hotel is easy to find from Termini station, 5 min walk maximum. The room is not big but cosy and well organised. Breakfast was good: with some choose and tasty. The staff was very friendly
The room is standard and clean
The service is also good
The location is relatively remote, it looks close to the Vatican, but the actual distance is 4-5km, and other attractions are similar. It is more convenient to drive by yourself, and taxis and shuttle buses are more expensive
The breakfast is terrible, but the bar at the entrance is not bad

What we liked:
The hotel is right next to the station, which is a great plus, especially when the trip to Italy, upon arrival, is tiring due to the long flight (in my case, from Brazil). But it is further away from tourist attractions. The staff has positive points, especially the female employees: Alice, Eunice and Samanta. Thank you, girls; you are so lovely!
The negative is that the hotel is not as clean as a five-star hotel should be.
In the winter, it is quite cold inside; the room was not at all cozy and they said that it was not allowed to make the room warmer. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired; quite a lot.

We booked 2 adjoining rooms which were on the first floor. 2 really lovely rooms. 1 of our most comfortable hotel stays ever. Great location. Staff were friendly & we loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast & late evening drinks

Very traditional European hotel
The location is great and the room is clean.
The Italian waiter was very enthusiastic and responsible. He helped me fix my broken suitcase. I have three boxes for a girl to help me deliver to the train station. As a thank you, I tipped him.

ZZhoumingralphThe way in is a little hard to find, but everything else is good. It is less than 10 kilometers from the ancient city of Rome, and it takes 20 minutes to drive. The hotel facilities are very new, the dinner is good, and the guy is also very handsome
DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house.
I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.
ZZHIGANGBreakfast is not suitable for Chinese people. Raw meat and bacon are not familiar. In the four-person room, the quality of the sofa bed in the hall is really good. The advantage is that it is close to the Plaza de España and not far from the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Hand in the evening The sister who stayed was very responsible.
AAobfoodieWe got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely.
- the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro !
- great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain.
- the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.
GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
Introduction:
During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay.
Location and Accessibility:
Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting.
Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
Breakfast Experience:
One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience.
Conclusion:
Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.

EElton de Freitas CarvalhoVery convenient location, it is very near to the subway station, and across the street, we can take the tour bus, I like the employees they are really very kind, and the breakfast also was very good.
AAlicetta0708The staff is friendly and welcomes you with a smile. But there are several critical points, which cannot be overlooked..
In the bathroom there is no clean smell, which you should generally find, the shower is poorly functioning, rusty and has a broken door.
The water has an unpleasant smell similar to chlorine.
The rooms are holes, with old wooden doors, steep and narrow stairs, the layout of the rooms is similar to that of horror films..
The buffet miserable and sparse, in the fruit salad I glimpsed some midges..
The only positive aspect is the location of the place, since it is close to the Termini station, 5 minutes walk.
