I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. Thanks Thanks Thanks dear Paola, you are invaluable for the hotel and for the people who stay with you.. an infinite thanks from all of us. Federica

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was good! Scrambled eggs were superb, good bacon and European cold cuts. Room a little small and AC was a little slow to cool us down due to sun exposure. We were on the first floor a bit exposed, wish we had been higher. Train station, subway station and all services right across the street. A good place to spend a little time as a tourist in Rome.

No wordt, just go there, you Will have no remarks to make . Good location, perfect sanitary, excellent services, Nice restaurant, friendly staff, what Else do you want, i Will surely recommend if you plan tot visit Firenze

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. 10€ a night was a great deal. Met some fun people at the hostel and had a good time. Location was also convenient with grocery store and bus stop to most places near. My only complaints would be there is extra fee with city tax 10€ each we were not told about. Bathrooms have strange odour, and air conditioning was on all night when it's already quite cold. I ended up getting a cold from the air con. And also me and my friend were 2 women and we were put in 8 bedroom room with only men so was wary of safety, especially since one of the men tried to ask me to sleep with him in the middle of the night! But again the type of customer is not the hostels fault. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind not living in luxury, come here for sure also a great way to meet new people in the city.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Nord Nuova, and had a fantastic experience. I had written to ask for a room on a high floor overlooking the ancient Baths of Diocletian, and that is what they gave us! We had Room 557, a corner room with a spectacular view. We spent a lot of time just looking out of the window. The majority of the staff were wonderful, kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast which had everything we could possibly want, including my favorite, decaf cappuccino! I highly recommend this hotel, the location was perfect, just five blocks from Termini Station, and close to the Piazza della Repubblica, and those wonderful ruins of the Baths, just across the street, amazing!

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.

This hotel is in an incomparable location for those wishing to travel to or from Termini Station and the Termini metro station. It is in close proximity to many first class sites, including the Baths of Diocletian, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Santa Pressede. The atmosphere within the hotel is modern and restful --worlds away from the gritty hustle and bustle outside its doors. The Superior Double room that we were given was of good size, quiet and was recently decorated with very lovely wood accents. The bathroom looked modern; however, the grout in the shower was already showing signs of age. This might be attributable to the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was generous and good for the most part. I did, however, find it shocking that , rather than picking the coffee cup up by its saucer, the waiter picked up the cup by its top (yuck) in order to refill it, leaving the saucer on the table. Given the reasonable price point, this hotel provides a good and predictable night's stay.

I and my fellow stayed early in this facility a little while ago... nothing to say about cleaning, but on furniture and the environment you... Little room, but at the end this is not the real problem...the real problem is darkness inside the Room... dark walls and window with the persians that did not open so we were forced to light even in the day. Small but nice bathroom, as small but clean shower. The staff is very friendly, but don't ask the reception for information about the trains because they don't know them. The Council for the nearness of the station, but if it wasn't for that, I don't know if I had chosen this structure... to be revised a lot.

Just back from a city break in Florence and Rome. We took the train from Florence into Rome. The hotel is around the corner from the termini exit, so easy to find. The location is ideal for all sight seeing. Close to the railway station so the streets are understandably busy. We walked everywhere in Rome from the hotel. The walk to the Colosseum was so easy. Room is nicely decorated in Italian marble style, very high ceilings which is lovely. The only criticism I have is the flat pack cupboard and tv stand are not in keeping with the decor but I get the practicality of it. Superbly clean, lovely shower room with latest style large shower cubicle. Shampoo etc provided, great hairdryer too. Comfy bed. I’ve read comments about the aircon but being from UK it’s not something we are used to so all good on that front too. The whole hotel is superbly clean. The breakfast was good plenty choice. We loved the rooftop bar which is exclusively for guests, the bar tender Francesca, was wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing evenings in the bar after busy city touring. Recommend this hotel

We overnighted at the hotel at the end of a trip 8/10/22. We were met with a check-in line. The room was basic, spiffed up with an Aero desk chair. Room lighting needed to be unplugged in order to plug in a charger; there was no receptacle on my side of the bed. The room was clean--the rug in the hallway needed vacuuming. We supposedly had access to the lounge on the HHonors floor, but we needed to have our room cards re-progammed 3 times in order to use them. WiFi was available but no one explained that there was a code that needed to be entered to use the free wifi until we called the desk. The staff was courteous and we owe it to the concierge who directed us to Pizzeria Clementina in Fiumicino for EXCELLENT pizza. The meal in the hotel restaurant was average. If you have to overnight, it is convenient to use this hotel, as it is about a 7 minute walk to either terminal 1 or 3, all but 25 yards of it indoors.

Excellent hotel. I stayed 2 nights and from the customer service, the room, the ambiance and food it’s was really enjoyable. The room was very clean and the amenities in the room was not just your average hotel. The bed was so comfortable and my room though not cold was comfortable enough to sleep well. I wasn’t sure what was nearby but I got out and walked and found many restaurants and shopping. The Trevor fountain was in walking distance very beautiful but extremely crowded. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in Italy! All the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near to the train station which is a plus point. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if I’m coming back to Rome again!

Because the hotel has only 7 suites, and they are all located on the same floor, it feels more at home, and the public space is more like a big house The living room, corridor, living room...a bit of living under the same roof, the decoration details are very exquisite, and it beats the Armani hotel🤘 The only problem is that there are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the bar on the top floor is like a nightclub, and children are not allowed to enter...

We spent our last night here, and had a wonderful time! First, we stayed here 5 yrs ago, but checked in later in the day and had such an early flight out, we weren't able to enjoy the grounds. This time around, we were able to get the full experience, and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The grounds are immaculetely maintained and beautiful. Our dinner was lovely (make sure to ask for patio seating when booking), Breakfast was just as nice and the people were so kind and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. My husband and I wished we booked for two nights! Thank you all for such a great stay! P.S.: I know someone complained that they arrived early, a couple of hours before check in and couldn't use the grounds before check in...pay the extra money, it is worth it!

Just amazing. Spacious rooms, well equipped with plentiful towels, robes and slippers. Kettle and fridge. Beautifully decorated. Rainfall Shower. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They really make the place. Breakfast was amazing. You can basically ask for anything! And they bring it with a smile. Omelettes are yummy. Poached eggs and fresh juice all very good. Location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. Rooftop bar is super.

This hotel is a lovely oasis away from the tourist areas of Rome. There is a shuttle bus into the centre which is very efficient and we used this every day. Well worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, although dated and we found it very strange that they provided every amenity apart from the two essentials we like in a room - tea/coffee making tray and bottles of water. They did supply 2 tiny bottles which were it till the next day which was nowhere near enough for 30 degrees heat! Very odd for a 5 star hotel to restrict water bottles.... On arrival, we were told our luggage would be sent up to our room but after an hour waiting, went to concierge to try and locate our cases but were told they were too busy and would have to wait till they brought them up. Couldn't take cases up ourselves. The staff in the foyer bar and light dining were excellent and the cocktails were first class. As were the housekeeping staff on our floor who always greeted us with a smile and 'buongiorno'. Breakfast was served either at pool terrace or inside and was extensive choice and very good quality . The scrambled eggs were the best we have ever had in a hotel! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cavalieri and would definitely return .

The location is a little closer to the Spanish steps, but it is also necessary to walk for at least 15 minutes, but it is safe and there is no pressure at night. The lobby is ok, the room is especially small, and somehow, a special sofa is placed in front of the TV. It is bigger than the door. I don’t know how to get it in. I especially wanted to move it to the door to let the hotel Look at how far this is outrageous, but the door can't move out, it is also convincing. Breakfast is not good, the food is not fresh, especially the ham, it has deteriorated when eaten, and the fruit is also very poor. Milan, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Sorrento, along the way, this is the worst quality hotel in the same price, has been staying at the end of October, the price is still 3000. + one night, the price is poor. Super is not recommended.

A large five-star hotel with more than 200 rooms, so it is standard, and there are no surprises. Junior Suite 449 with a balcony, overlooking the fountain square and the church next to it, feels pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the ingredients were great. I went to the swimming pool on the roof terrace, but unfortunately, it was closed at the end of September! Very disappointed.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Central Railway Station, and there are many lines of public transportation in front of the door, about five minutes away from the subway station,

The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive

A (somewhat expensive) shuttle takes you this modern hotel, only 3 km from the airport. We don´t agree with recent reviews of disappointment. (The shuttle is easy to find IF YOU HAVE PRINTED OUT THE MAP from the hotel internet site). Nice premises, they even have a rooftop pool! (but no gym). Rooms are OK, restaurant is good with an outside option, overlooking the fishingboats moored on the river. Staff is polite and helpful to non-italians. Fiumcino is also a charming little town. If you like to eat out, restaurants are plentiful just up the street from the hotel.

Very nice e hotel situated right off the Rome airport . Easy to accès but you need to walk there with your luggage. Hotel offers an executive lounge with free snacks and drinks open until 8 pm pool and gym too!

We didn’t stay at the hotel, we had an AirBnb nearby and this was around the corner from us so we used the restaurant a couple of times. The food was fantastic! Some of the best pizza and bruschetta we had during our time in Italy. However, the service really really let it down. The first time we visited, we arrived around 10pm due to our flight’s late arrival, but we were still able to get drinks and food. Service was slow, but we appreciated that it was busy and we weren’t in any rush, but it did take a good 30+ minutes to get the bill when we were done. The food was good enough that we wanted to return a second time. The second time, we arrived and were told by a man behind the bar to go and sit down and someone would be over, so we sat by the pool. After 30/40 minutes, no one had come to us so I went to the bar to order, where I was met with “oh you can’t sit outside, we are fully booked”, even though I told her we were instructed to sit down with no reservation (the restaurant was also very quiet with many empty tables). We placed our order for two pizzas to take away instead, and stood waiting at the bar for it. When the pizza came, only one arrived, and when I asked about the second pizza they realised it hadn’t actually been ordered, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be made. They did say we could have it on the house, but at this point I just wanted to leave 😅 We walked back to our accommodation carrying our pizza in boxes and ate it at home, and while it was still delicious I couldn’t get over how rude the staff had been to us, all because we were not guests of the hotel. All in all, the food was great, service was slow, and the staff seemed bored and irritable, as if it was an inconvenience to serve their own customers.

Hotel provides airport shuttle, however difficult to find the pick up point at the airport. Room was very clean with blackout curtains, bed was very comfortable, bad room and shower are very small. Staff at Reception and restaurant is very polite. Swimming and Gym are very modern. Had a late Dinner at the on-site restaurant, delicious with reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning with many choices. Enjoyed my layover and would book it again!

Wait for one hour check in to Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport+find out suppose a credit card imprint which indicate EUR 9, but at the end charge to my credit card Lack of front office staff, no where to be seen a duty manager to explain the situtation. Waiting at the reception for more than 40 minutes and counting for my stayed on 28 May 2023. The receptionist claim that the system is down so if the system is not back on until certain of time what you gonna do? They offer me to sit and wait but not even a bottle of water or offer a late check out.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is one of the rare large rooms in Europe. It is also a designated hotel for domestic crew members. Not bad. The airport bus runs every 40 minutes on average. There is a small area in front of the T3 intercity bus, parking space 1

The hotel is a short distance from the airport. The hotel is small and quiet. It should be the best choice next to the Rome airport. The price is very close to the people, but it is difficult to find something to eat at night.

The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

The room is very large ... suitable for a family outing ... a loft booked with one bedroom and one living room, there are three beds in it, and a separate bedroom with a large bed is very suitable for family outings! Because there is only one toilet, the family travel is ok to sleep four or five people. The shortcoming is that the heating is not good ... there is only central air conditioning in the room but there seems to be no hot air ... but the room is not cold ... there is a radiator in the toilet😂
