The hotel is a nice hotel with a good location in the city and near the port o fine restaurants. Old charm and pleasant staff o restaurant offers breakfast lunch and dinner . Here you can come back!
Good staff response, but... they had forgotten extra bed... when I got extra bed was it broken and stone hard to be on... at check-out so staff they had five old extra beds left and I got the old. The 50 new extra beds were not available, I suppose. So don't sleep a blind. So warm in the room and just a small fan. But good breakfast 🤗
Great hotel and location, but noisy nights and chaotic breakfast
Overall, this is a very good hotel with an excellent central location.
However, breakfast was quite chaotic every morning. This could easily be improved by extending the breakfast hours or organising time slots more effectively to avoid overcrowding.
The main reason we wouldn’t return to this hotel, though, is the noise during the nights. There were frequent street races taking place right in front of the hotel – loud engines, screeching tyres, and cars repeatedly circling the block. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Surprisingly, nobody seemed to intervene, not even the police, even though it involved the same cars night after night. We can’t imagine we were the only ones disturbed – surely this must affect other guests and residents in the area as well.
At the end of breakfast at 9:30, the waiter did not remind, and took the meal directly, this is much better in domestic hotels. There was a problem with the floor drain of the room, and the water overflowed Jinshan during the bath. The snow on the balcony was not cleared and I couldn't get out. The room I gave to me for the first time was a loft with a weird structure, and I changed to a normal room after reacting to the front desk. The rest are very good, the environment is good, there is the feeling of an old castle, the wireless speed is good. Because in the old city, parking is a bit inconvenient.

GGuest UserI was at this hotel during my business trip. If you are looking for a nice hotel close to the Tunadal - that's the best option which you can get. Also it's not so far from Sundsvall Center and they have a lot of parking spots.

曾曾The breakfast was good, the room was a bit small, and time passed a long time ago, I can no longer remember, just remember that the hotel location is good, almost in the city center. It's easy to eat in various restaurants.
